Claudio e la Sig.ra Loretta sono persone cortesi e super preparate... di persone così se ne trovano poche in giro... sanno, oltre che produrre un miele prelibato, farti scoprire il bellissimo mondo delle api che custodiscono con amore e passione. Sicuramente torneremo ancora alla Piccola Arnia che diventerà il riferimento per i prossimi ordini per tutta la nostra famiglia! Known at the Limana honey fair, we were immediately struck by a honey of exceptional quality and by the great kindness and professionalism of Mr. Claudio; so much so that he chose it for our wedding favors. Mr. Claudio and Mrs. Loretta are courteous and super prepared people ... of people like that if there are few around ... they know, in addition to producing a delicious honey, to make you discover the beautiful world of bees that they keep with love and passion. We will certainly return again to the Piccola Arnia which will become the reference for the next orders for our whole family!

Questa secondo me è la definizione più appropriata per l’azienda “La Piccola Arnia” e per colui che fortunatamente ha deciso di crearla: il signor Claudio. Una volta giunta sul posto e dopo aver chiacchierato amabilmente per un po’ con il proprietario, ho avuto modo di assaggiare il rarissimo miele di rododendro (poi prontamente acquistato) che si è rivelato essere all’altezza della fama, ovvero una prelibatezza; lo stesso dicasi per quello di acacia, dal gusto deciso e simile ad una “crema” una volta sciolto in bocca, e per le varie tipologie di millefiori. Molto interessante poi la possibilità di vedere le arnie ed eventualmente di "sbirciare" al loro interno (cosa che mi sono ripromessa di fare con la bella stagione la prossima volta che torno), il tutto sempre sotto la guida esperta di Claudio. Per tutte queste motivazioni non posso far altro che consigliare a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi al mondo dell’apicoltura e che magari sia anche goloso di miele e appassionato di natura di farvi visita, non fosse altro che per il paesaggio che circonda l’azienda (in questo caso sono però un po’ di parte poiché amo la montagna). Passion, competence and kindness. All accompanied by a truly high product quality. In my opinion, this is the most appropriate definition for the company "La Piccola Arnia" and for the one who fortunately decided to create it: Mr. Claudio. Once I arrived there and after chatting amiably for a while with the owner, I had the opportunity to taste the very rare rhododendron honey (then promptly purchased) which turned out to be at the height of fame, that is a delicacy; the same goes for that of acacia, with a strong taste similar to a "cream" once melted in the mouth, and for the various types of wildflower. Very interesting then the possibility to see the hives and possibly to "peek" inside them (which I promised myself to do with the warm season next time I come back), all always under the expert guidance of Claudio. For all these reasons, I can only advise anyone who wants to get closer to the world of beekeeping and who may also be greedy for honey and passionate about nature to visit you, if only for the landscape that surrounds the company (in this I am a bit biased because I love the mountains).

Per me la colazione con il Miele prodotto da Claudio e Loretta è una colazione alla Proust. Passion is the basic ingredient; curiosity, comparison, competence were added quickly. The result is a unique product of great value. For me the breakfast with the Honey produced by Claudio and Loretta is a Proust breakfast.

Ma e da troppi anni che apprezzo questo miele e a questo punto penso sia giusto, per Claudio e Loretta scriverne pubblicamente. In sintesi: se non vi piace il miele, credetemi prima di dare un giudizio tombale sull'alimento gustate una punta del miele della piccola Arnia , se invece già lo gradite , assaggiare questo vi farà capire perché gli vengono assegnati tanti premi. Ecco, l'ho fatto, adesso temo che a settembre avrò ancora più difficoltà a trovarlo, ma forse prenotandolo, come al solito qualcosa troverò. It is not my habit to write reviews, much less on limited productions which then, if advertised, end. But I have appreciated this honey for too many years and at this point I think it is right for Claudio and Loretta to write about it publicly. In summary: if you do not like honey, believe me before giving a grave judgment on the food, taste a bit of honey from the little Arnia, if you already like it, tasting this will make you understand why it is awarded so many prizes. Here, I did it, now I fear that in September I will have even more difficulty finding it, but perhaps by booking it, as usual I will find something.
