★ ★ ★ ★ ★ También conocido como Acquaranni, cruza uno de los tramos más íntegros de la Timpa di Acireale. Su entrada se encuentran la lado de la pequeña Chiesa di Nostra Signora dell'Aiuto, alcanzable desde el arrabal de Santa Caterina o desde Santa María delle Grazie.
Una vez sobrepasada una verja metálica, el sendero se convierte en un pequeño camino accidentado. Siguiendo, se llega sobre un mirador que ofrece una amplia vista del mar: a la derecha se encuentra la playa de Acquegrandi, y a la izquierda la Timpa di Don Masi, excelente punto de observación de la fauna del lugar. Para alcanzar la playa, es necesario tomar un empinado sendero de escalones de piedra que se hunde en un paisaje típico. A lo largo de la playa, formada principalmente por piedras redondeadas por la acción del mar, es posible encontrar la fuente a flor de agua que le da El nombre al lugar.
La dificultad del sendero es media-alta, se recorren aproximadamente 500 metros, y el tiempo del recorrido son aproximadamente alrededor de dos horas.
Also known as Acquaranni, it crosses one of the most complete sections of the Timpa di Acireale. Its entrance is located on the side of the small Chiesa di Nostra Signora dell'Aiuto, reachable from the suburb of Santa Caterina or from Santa María delle Grazie.
Once past a metal fence, the path becomes a small bumpy road. Continuing on, you will reach a viewpoint that offers a wide view of the sea: on the right is Acquegrandi beach, and on the left is Timpa di Don Masi, an excellent point of observation of the fauna of the place. To reach the beach, it is necessary to take a steep path of stone steps that plunges into a typical landscape. Along the beach, formed mainly by stones rounded by the action of the sea, it is possible to find the spring on the water that gives the place its name.
The difficulty of the trail is medium-high, it covers approximately 500 meters, and the journey time is approximately two hours.
