Bava davvero. Sono in possesso di una Fidelity Cart, Gold esattamente, quindi ieri mattina mi sono recata in negozio per poter fissare un appuntamento (semipermanente alle unghie o sopracciglia) ed usufruire così della Card che ha validità fino al 31dicembre. Mi è stato risposto in maniera immediata e sfacciata che non c'era posto per me per carenza di tempo.. e che, invece, se a pagamento sarebbero riusciti a darmi spazio. Una vera e propria presa in giro faccia a faccia! Che maleducazione! Mi chiedo se, tutelate e coccolate il cliente oppure lo umiliate. Assurdo! Sono andata via schifata. I am still incredulous and shocked. I will never make a single purchase in this store again. I have a Fidelity Cart, Gold exactly, so yesterday morning I went to the shop to be able to make an appointment (semi-permanent on the nails or eyebrows) and thus take advantage of the Card which is valid until December 31st. I was told in an immediate and brazen way that there was no room for me due to lack of time .. and that, instead, if they would be able to give me space for a fee. A real tease face to face! What rudeness! I wonder if you protect and pamper the customer or humiliate him. Absurd! I left in disgust.
