★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo i prodotti della Sicilia e ho comprato la farina di grano antico Maiorca macinata a pietra che utilizzo per fare i dolci e anche il pane. E' buonissima e profuma di grano...ed e' molto piu' salutare e leggera delle farine industriali.
Continuero' ad usarla sempre e sicuramente provero' anche altri prodotti. Complimenti.
 I love Sicilian products and I bought the stone-milled Maiorca ancient wheat flour that I use to make sweets and also bread. It is delicious and smells like wheat ... and is much healthier and lighter than industrial flours.
I will continue to use it always and will certainly try other products. Compliments.
