Ho chiesto dove era scritta la regola che per ritirare una raccomandata con avviso la delega era accettabile solo se fatta ad un qualsiasi parente e la risposta è stata : Come se dovessi allegare anche lo stato di famiglia.
 practically never to have anything to do with it ... they establish the rules in complete monarchical autonomy. I asked where the rule was written that in order to collect a registered letter with notice the proxy was acceptable only if made to any relative and the answer was: As if I had to attach the status as well family's.
