dopo aver posato il prodotto su una porta in legno circa 2/3 minuti, come da informazioni, contenute sulla confezione, al momento della rimozione della schiuma con un panno pulito, mi accorgo con sorpresa che il prodotto non è idoneo per il legno, sverniciando la porta in maniera irrecuperabile.
ho fatto richiesta al rappresentante di zona, ho fatto richiesta a SELENA ITALIA SRL il 14/07/17 ad oggi 14/09/17 nessuna risposta in merito.
Praticamente mi ritrovo con una porta interna in legno completamente rovinata, e una figura da incompetente nei confronti del mio cliente,
rimettendoci il costo della stessa tot. € 600,00

after having placed the product on a wooden door about 2/3 minutes, as per the information contained on the package, when removing the foam with a clean cloth, I am surprised that the product is not suitable for wood, stripping brings it irretrievably.
I made a request to the area representative, I made a request to SELENA ITALIA SRL on 07/14/17 to today 09/14/17 no answer.
Basically I find myself with a completely ruined internal wooden door, and an incompetent figure towards my client,
forgiving the cost of the same tot. € 600.00
