Ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte per sollecitare la consegna e ogni volta mi è stato promesso un aggiornamento nel giro di un paio di giorni che non è mai arrivato. Per questo ho appunto dovuto sollecitare la consegna che alla fine è stata effettuata il 27/7, ovvero 36 giorni dopo. Avevo la necessità urgente di questi mobili e questo ritardo mi ha causato non pochi inconvenienti. Buoni mobili, molto male la gestione degli ordini, i montatori invece gentilissimi e molto disponibili.
Ordered and paid for 1 desk and 2 chairs on 21/6 with the promise of delivery within 14 days of payment. I had to call 3 times to solicit delivery and each time I was promised an update within a couple of days which never came. For this reason, I had to request the delivery which in the end was made on 27/7, or 36 days later. I was in urgent need of this furniture and this delay caused me not a few inconveniences. Good furniture, very bad order management, the fitters, on the other hand, are very kind and very helpful.
