Servizio pessimo: intanto i biglietti non sono acquistabili il giorno precedente, non sono aggiornati online e in caso di ritardo o cambio orario non si viene avvisati. Per gli abbonati nessun tipo di sconto. Gli autobus in pessimo stato posti dove piove, dove i sedili sono rotti, cattivo odore, e aria condizionata sempre attiva anche in inverno. Personale scortese a parte 2 o 3 autisti gentili, gli altri fanno fermate a chi vogliono loro specialmente se amici. In data 22 marzo l'autista che ha fatto tratta partinico-palermo alle 8.30 del mattino si è addormentato alla guida, per fortuna grazie all'accorgimento di alcune persone è andato tutto bene. Purtroppo anche se l'unica ditta che fa queste tratte non consiglio assolutamente di prenderlo. È una vergogna servizio scadente. E i biglietti sono cari, specialmente se fatto sopra il bus c'è un incremento di 50 centesimi in più. He does not even deserve a star. N	Napoli Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In attesa del bus all'aeroporto di Palermo diretto a Trapani, corsa delle 19,50 , giorno 4 giugno, ...l'autobus non passa....l'autobus finalmente arriva alle 20,30 con ben 40 minuti di ritardo, senza la benché minima scusa dell'autista. Servizio scadente. Gli orari sono importanti per i passeggeri. Gli altri autobus provenienti da Palermo non avevano ritardo...niente traffico o cose del genere. Non si trattano così i passeggeri che pagano! PS: come segnalato da altri utenti, anche in questa corsa, le prime 3 file di posti sono interdette....forse un po' troppo non vi pare? Se dietro poi ogni fila è occupata.
