sono riuscito a riavere indietro i soldi che avevo consegnato al corriere per un un pacco da pagare alla consegna , che non conteneva quanto ordinato. DAVIDE ha dimostrato la trasparenza della GLS. VERAMENTE COMPLIMENTI..!!! A
differenza di un suo collega che telefonicamente alle ore 11:16 mi aveva consigliato di rassegnarmi perche nulla poteva fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sede di Teverola è di recente costruzione, circa un paio di anni fa credo, davvero molto bella, grande e accogliente. Il servizio è eccellente. Garantisce reattività e professionalità. I corrieri sono gentili, puntuali e affidabili. Altrettanto il personale dell'accettazione e del centralino, sempre disponibili nel risolvere i problemi. Affidatevi a loro per le spedizioni e non ve ne pentirete.
The Teverola office was recently built, about a couple of years ago I think, really very beautiful, large and welcoming. The service is excellent. It guarantees reactivity and professionalism. The couriers are kind, punctual and reliable. Likewise the reception and switchboard staff, always available to solve problems. Trust them for shipments and you will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile in special modo la sig.ra/ina che ha risposto al telefono questa sera 12/01/2022 appena passate le ore 18 consentendomi di segnalare in base al n. di tracking di rispettare un orario di consegna e non far perdere del tempo al personale addetto alla consegna. Purtroppo non ho sentito il nome, comunque grazie !!!!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff especially Mrs. / ina who answered the phone tonight 01/12/2022 just after 6pm allowing me to report according to n. tracking to respect a delivery time and not waste time to the delivery staff. Unfortunately I have not heard the name, anyway thanks !!!!
