★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non discuto la serietà dell'azienda ma i dipendenti preposti a consegnare hanno nel mio caso lanciato il pacco (non trovando nessuno in casa) e il contenuto è arrivato distrutto.
Probabilmente non è colpa dei titolari ma una ramanzina ai ragazzi delle consegne va fatta.
Comprendo il lavoro stressante di tutti ma neanche è normale che il mittente debba rimetterci x colpa di qualcun altro quando ha spedito merce integra e ha anche provveduto al rimborso immediato.
I do not dispute the seriousness of the company but the employees responsible for delivering in my case launched the package (not finding anyone at home) and the contents arrived destroyed.
