★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io cambierei la presentazione, non offre servizi affidabili ma tutto il contrario. Personale al telefono impreparato, arrogante e maleducato. Per le consegne non sono in grado di interagire con i partner internazionali che al giorno d'oggi è condizione indispensabile.
 I would change the presentation, it does not offer reliable services but quite the opposite. Unprepared, arrogant and rude staff on the phone. For deliveries, I am unable to interact with international partners which is an indispensable condition nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In attesa di un pacco importante da un' intera giornata, con notifica di conferma in mattinata che assicurava che la consegna sarebbe stata effettuata in giornata, è risultato che la consegna non è riuscita perchè il cliente era assente. Chiamando l' ufficio GLS, un membro del personale, con toni SCOSTUMATI, mi ha liquidato senza dare spiegazioni ne scuse.
Una stella è anche troppo!
While waiting for an important package for a whole day, with confirmation notification in the morning that ensured that the delivery would be made within the day, it turned out that the delivery was unsuccessful because the customer was absent. Calling the GLS office, a staff member, in a rude tone, dismissed me without giving any explanation or apology.
One star is too much!

E poi manco arriva.
Poi vogliamo parlare degli operatori quando si chiama in sede per avere un'informazione?! Di una cafonaggine assurda! È raro trovarne di gentili e che sanno darti le giuste spiegazioni.

Sabato mattina mi reco per prenderlo senza aspettare così all'eventuale consegna del lunedì..
Ma dalla reception mi riferiscono che non è possibile accedere al magazzino in quanto non presente alcun personale.. chiedo di controllare il numero di riferimento al fine di agevolare il prelievo del pacco, si, risulta già nelle gabbie quindi impossibile prenderlo.. bisogna attendere per forza la consegna eventuale del lunedì.
Il lunedì sul sito risulta CONSEGNA NELL'ARCO DELLA GIORNATA ...
Poi alle 18:00 di nuovo lo stesso messaggio del venerdì passato (di nuovo: consegna nell'arco delle 48 ore). Ed era una consegna rapida..........

On Monday the site shows DELIVERY IN THE ARCH OF THE DAY ...
Then at 18:00 the same message from last Friday again (again: delivery within 48 hours). And it was a quick delivery ..........

Ottimo servizio in termini sia di prezzo sia di rapidita nel ritiro e la consegna del pacco, nonchè nelle comunicazioni tempestive.
Tutto perfetto, dalle tempistiche alle tariffe alla cortesia .
Pacco ritirato alle 13,00 e arrivato al destinatario a 1200 km di distanza, il giorno successivo.
Il personale è cortese e competente risponde sempre al telefono dando ottima assistenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è risultato inadeguato ed insoddisfacente. Avevo dubbi in merito alle recensioni già presenti, ma non sono stato smentito. Il mio pacco è rimasto in giacenza per 10 giorni, inizialmente per un indirizzo sbagliato. Il mittente lo ha corretto, ho saltato due giorni lavorativi ma a quanto pare non ero comunque in casa. Dai responsabili ho avuto solo risposte evasive e maleducate. Inoltre hanno bloccato il mio recapito telefonico, infatti provando a chiamare con un altro cellulare ho ricevuto la risposta: "fate prima a venirvelo a prendere". La mia fortuna è stato un mittente gentilissimo che ha accettato il reso del pacco. Molto sconsigliato. Un messaggio indirizzato ai proprietari: non sprecatevi nel rispondere scusandovi ma pensate a fare meglio il vostro lavoro.

The service was found to be inadequate and unsatisfactory. I had doubts about the reviews already present, but have not been proven wrong. My package was in storage for 10 days, initially for a wrong address. The sender corrected it, I skipped two working days but apparently I wasn't home anyway. I got only evasive and rude replies from those in charge. They also blocked my telephone number, in fact trying to call with another cell phone I received the answer: "come and get it first". My luck was a very kind sender who accepted the return of the package. Very not recommended. A message addressed to the owners: do not bother replying apologizing but think about doing your job better.
