★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unorganized, inefficient ever dealt with. My pack to UK from Rome took 14 days. Parcel ref number changed three times and no way to track. Phones never work, entrust your parcel to your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been so far waiting for almost two weeks for them to deliver a package to Rome from this location. They say they have attempted to deliver but nobody ever showed up at my location nor anyone called me a single time. The sender has contacted them and nothing has happened so far, but the package is just stuck there "waiting for instructions from the sender" according to their system. It's actually really hard to even contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so impressed by GLS as I was tracking my order, until it arrived in Italy and that is when it all went down hill. The courier did not even show up to address and didn't even bother to call. When trying to call the service helpline don't waste your time!! After the automated options you will be put through the torture of endless ringing. From 12:56 up to 16:00 no luck.
