O	Oxyde A1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fakes the delivery twice for my package and I had to go and pick it up. Please do not use this garbage.
I	Ilias Vasileiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not recommended for any kind of shipment. They are really dangerous for the commercial market. They are not precise, not professionals, they don't respond to any means of communication. If you are a merchant or an individual please avoid them.

L	Laura K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service I have ever received. They say they tried to deliver the package three times and NEVER rang the doorbell or the buzzer. I was home waiting for the package all of the times. On the first time, they also did not leave a note (I doubt they ever came). On the second time they left a note, but the courier had not marked anything on the note, so it was useless. The third time we find a note ON THE GROUND with an address nearby where to pick up the package. However, online it shows that the package is back in Fiumicino (which is more than an hour with public transport from my home). And no one replies on the SDA phone. Also their website has a possibility to skype them in english, but the link doesn't work either. We call Poste Italiano, where they tell me the package is indeed in Fiumicino SDA Center, but can't explain to me why. My Italian friend was helpful enough to call them and speak to them in Italian, and once more they agree to arrange another effort in bringing the package home. I sit at home waiting basically by the door, and yet again no one shows up or no note is left, but online they claim to have tried to deliver it. We call SDA again multiple times, but no one answers. We drive up to their Fiumicino Center only to be greeted by a VERY rude customer service person. I eventually got the package, but no one ever actually tried to deliver it to me, and instead of an apology we got yelled at by a customer service person.
C	Claudette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO STAR FOR THIS WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!! First time experiencing this kind of rubbish service. We received a surprisingly lightweight package. So instantly we opened it in front of the courier and THERE WAS NOTHING INSIDE!! WE WERE ROBBED!! We’ve been trying to call the SDA to complain but there’s no one to talk to. We tried to file a complaint but unfortunately, even their website does have a problem!! The inconvenience it brought makes me so angry. We called the Sender and luckily they are very helpful. SDA is a partner of Poste Italiane but they are not trustworthy.
P	Peter Iskandar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SDA is the worst courier service to use. They make excuses for failing to deliver your packages even though you have provided a phone number to contact. They cannot be bothered to search for the delivery point even though the house number is clearly marked on the gate. They are non-contactable by phone I strongly advise all NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE and I will DULY INFORM ALL ONLINE BUYERS ANS SELLERS NOT TO ENGAGE A COURIER THAT HAS AN ARRANGEMENT WITH SDA. They are scammers.
S	Shannon Zipfel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep saying I missed the delivery. I literally stood outside and waited today and never saw their vehicle come by. I went to the warehouse and the workers were there but simply told me to go home and try again Monday.
E	Eleonora Rovegno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Every time I am waiting for a delivery by SDA, the package never arrives. They pretend they can't deliver because no one's at home or the address is incorrect, but it is never the case, they don't even leave the warehouse. The only time I got my package it was left 10 km from my home at a gas station because the delivery guy "would not go further". Last but not least, client assistance is .. or should I say isn't, as I was never able to get some, either from email or phone. They really need to shut down.
