★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incapace. Attendo un pacco da giorni e non mi è stato consegnato. Inseriscono la tentata consegna quando in realtà non si muovono minimamente da dove sono. Incapaci di lavorare e di fare quello per cui sono pagati, i corrieri. Inutile poi leggere le loro finte scuse sotto le recensioni. Osservate in quanti si lamentano di questi corrieri INCAPACI e capirete quanto siano INAFFIDABILI!!! Non capisco perché ancora li tengano a Caltanissetta vedendo la loro inutilità potremmo farne decisamente a meno. INUTILI

There is no point in reading their fake apologies under the reviews. Observe how many complain about these INCAPACIOUS couriers and you will understand how unreliable they are !!! I don't understand why they still keep them in Caltanissetta seeing their uselessness we could definitely do without them. USELESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da zero stelle e da denuncia. Da giorno 24 marzo che il pacco è arrivato presso la sede di Caltanissetta ma vengono rilasciati stati sulla consegna assurdi. Arrivato in sede il 24 marzo... Il 25 marzo venerdì alle 18.22 viene indicato " Consegna prevista per il giorno lavorativo successivo" quindi spostato a lunedì 28 marzo e non si capisce perché... Assurdo. IL 28 marzo alle ore 15.23 si legge " Destinatario chiuso per turno. Consegna prevista per il giorno lavorativo successivo"... assurdo.. Il destinatario non è una attività commerciale che potrebbe essere chiusa ma bensì persona anziana che non si è mai spostata da casa. Provo a contattare telefonicamente la sede Gls locale ripetutamente ma senza alcun esito... Ovviamente.. Operatori sempre impegnati...
Apro un ticket di reclamo N452752 ma non ricevo alcun riscontro.
inspiegabilmente e senza una plausibile ragione, la consegna non è stata effettuata neanche il giorno lavorativo successivo con stato aggiornato il 29/03/2022 16:17 Luogo Caltanissetta Stato Consegna prevista per il giorno lavorativo successivo.
Vergognatevi... Vedremo oggi 30/03/2022 cos'altro vi inventate...

On March 28th at 3.23 pm it reads "Recipient closed for shift. Delivery scheduled for the next working day" ... absurd .. The recipient is not a commercial activity that could be closed but rather an elderly person who has never moved from home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima con questo corriere che mi ha portato il pacco ma se lo è riportato perché i codici non lo convincevano, pensavo che l'avrebbero consegnato il giorno successivo, ed invece niente, passa il weekend, li chiamo diverse volte e non rispondono, mando una mail e mi rispondono che mettono il pacco in consegna, figuratevi se arrivava, gli invio una seconda mail alla quale questa volta non rispondono, nel mentre anche il negoziante manda mail e effettua telefonate, e nel tracking appare che IO ho rifiutato il pacco, certo compro online, lo pago e quando arriva lo rifiuto, logico no, adesso, il pacco ritorna al mittente. Se non è questo servizio scadente!

La struttura è grande, anche se in questo momento la strada per arrivarci (zona industriale di Caltanissetta) è quasi intransitrabile per dei lavori in corso. Personale gentile. Anche quando le consegne non avvengono, come ieri, per mancata consegna, il servizio è eccellente

È impossibile parlare con un operatore a voce e i vari reclami sono del tutto inconcludenti. Spero che nessuno si affidi più a voi per le spedizioni. Resto ancora in attesa.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. The courier for two days in a row claims to have passed and not found anyone in the house LYING. He has my number but he doesn't call and he doesn't deliver. Di tutti gli ordini effettuati, il corriere inutile ed inaffidabile, che si occupa della zona dove abito, non ha mai consegnato all'indirizzo giusto.
Non chiama. Non consegna. Nemmeno passa, in realtà. Nessuna risposta dai centralini.
A quanto pare per l'ultima consegna abbiamo anche parlato e riprogrammato il tutto per l'indomani, senza che io ne nessun altro sapessimo nulla.
Se per voi di GLS questo è normale non lo so.
So solo che siete una delle compagnie più inutili e insulse presenti sul territorio.
Peccato che non si possano scegliere i corrieri che consegnano.
