Loro sono gli unici inaffidabili! The package was supposed to be delivered on 12/21 and still continue to postpone today. With all the other couriers I had no problem. They are the only ones unreliable!

Solo la Bartolini non trovano mai la via , altri corrieri la trovano inaffidabili e senza voglia di lavorare tantissimi zero per voi Bad service deserves 0 stars they don't deliver the goods. Ieri ho telefonato e mi è stato promesso che mi sarebbe arrivata in giornata stessa cosa non successa. Chiamo per chiedere info in merito al ritardo su una spedizione, dal momento che mi risultava dallo stato in consegna due giorni addietro, e dopo vari sbuffi e risbuffi e risbuffi se ne esce chiedendo pazienza perché doveva controllare..... Poi controlla.... E bene.. Lo fa con una simpatia che io sarei stata licenziata in tronco! Sbargatezza nel rilascio di informazioni, consiglio alla signorina di fare domanda di prepensionamento ultra anticipato così se ne sta a casa sua in panciolle e da il lavoro a CAPACI E MERITEVOLI. BRT non risponde mai ad email, quasi mai al telefono e se lo fa è scadente. Meno di una stella. The lady in charge of WORK bothers to answer the phone and do what she is paid for. Ritentando da lavoro ho trovato pacco nel pianerottolo così incustodito, 400 euro di merce lasciati così, rischiando di essere rubati. Il numero da chiamare è sempre irraggiungibile, non si riesce mai a parlare con nessuno. Peggior corriere mai esistito. I put a star because you can't put zero. Essendo l'indirizzo di destinazione"fuorimano" non passano, te lo dicono anche al telefono che non vengono e sulle informazioni di tracking riportano pure che sono passati. Venditore costretto a spedire un altro pacco. Evitate Bartolini, ci sono tanti altri corrieri che sono molto meglio Bad service.
