A nulla sono valse le lamentele e rimostranze verbali e scritte. Continuano a prenderci in giro. Pessima azienda che non sa lavorare e gestire gli ordini e la clientela. Bad company. I placed my order on May 8, 2017 and I am still waiting for 7 doors of the Garofoli 1 full glass door and the baseboard! Verbal and written complaints and grievances did nothing. They continue to make fun of us. Bad company that can't work and manage orders and customers.
P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare. Dopo aver ordinato due porte in vetro abbiamo immediatamente percepito che probabilmente avevamo sbagliato ditta. Ed infatti il giorno della consegna nessuno si presenta....ovviamente il titolare non si preoccupa minimamente di avvisarci che la consegna era stata annullata per contrattempi o sopravvenuti impegni. Pazienza! Arriva finalmente il giorno del montaggio ma, purtroppo, ci si rende conto che una delle due porte urta il controsoffitto. Le misure erano state prese male. Va bene, rifacciamo il controsoffitto per consentire il movimento della porta (con ulteriori spese di operaio e pittore) mantenendo la calma per non rovinare tutto. Chiediamo quantomeno di fare un salto per registrare l'apertura e la chiusura delle stesse. Risultato? Nessuno si vede, nessuno si sente, neanche una mezza telefonata. In cambio però ci arriva la fattura a saldo. L'importo risulta leggermente ritoccato, per un importo, tuttavia, neanche lontanamente paragonabile alle maggiori spese sostenute. Ma, cosa per me e mia moglie più importante, ci ritroviamo con una porta che nemmeno si chiude. No comment!!!!! Una vera vergogna!!!! Experience to forget. We ask at least to make a jump to record the opening and closing of the same. Result? No one sees you, nobody hears you, not even half a phone call. In return, however, we receive the invoice for the balance. The amount is slightly adjusted, however, even if not remotely comparable to the higher expenses incurred. But, for me and my most important wife, we find ourselves with a door that doesn't even close. No comment!!!!! A real shame !!!!
G	Giovanni Luca Miacola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, sto aspettando da piu' di 3 settimane un preventivo (porte interne e porta blindata), dopo varie sollecitazioni da parte mia, ancora nulla. Per quanto riguarda la porta blindata le misure sono state prese per due volte perchè la 1 volta erano state perse, ma nessuno se n'era accorto fino a quando ho dovuto nuovamente richiamare il loro negozio. Ieri sono andato nella loro sede per sapere, per l'ennesima volta, a che punto fosse il mio preventivo, e non era ancora pronto. ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stata la giornata di oggi, quando in mattinata li contatto per un appuntamento a casa (in fare di ristrutturazione) per prendere le misure delle porte interne, l'appuntamento viene fissato per le 1145, alle ore 12 nessuno si era ancora presentato, li contatto e ricevo come risposta che nn poteva venire nessuno. Per quanto mi riguarda esperienza negativissima. Bad experience, I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a quote (interior doors and armored door), after several requests from me, still nothing. As for the security door, the measurements were taken twice because the first time they were lost, but nobody noticed until I had to call their shop again. Yesterday I went to their office to find out, for the umpteenth time, at what point my quote was, and it wasn't ready yet. but the icing on the cake was today, when in the morning I contact them for an appointment at home (undergoing renovation) to take the measurements of the interior doors, the appointment is set for 1145, at 12 no one is was still presented, I contact them and I receive as an answer that no one could come. As for me, a very negative experience.
