M	Matteo Brachelente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seat leon a metano acquistata quasi 3 mesi fa...Oltre che non essersi degnati di controllare nemmeno la pressione delle gomme(valori tutti sballati a ruota),anche l'impianto a metano risulta difettoso,dato che non carica quanto dovrebbe,non riuscendo a fare più di 10/11€ di pieno,contro i 16/17€ stimati. Una controllata prima di vendere no? PESSIMI. CNG Seat Leon purchased almost 3 months ago ... In addition to not even having deigned to check the tire pressure (values all out of order), the CNG system is also faulty, since it does not load as much as it should, failing to make more than € 10/11 full, against the estimated € 16/17. Cortesia disponibilità ed attenzione del cliente, nel mio caso potenziale, più uniche che rare. Nonostante chiamassi da Roma hanno dato fiducia sulla parola e messo a disposizione una ambitissima seat mii elettrica a loro in arrivo quando non se ne trovano più per blocco produzione. Purtroppo a causa (mia) dell'impossibilità di rottamare la vecchia auto non si e potuto concludere l'acquisto. In questo periodo ci siamo sentiti più volte sempre con massima disponibilità nel cercare soluzioni anche rispondendo a mie richieste specifiche. Ripeto e rinnovo il miglior giudizio possibile in base a questa mia esperienza che ridà fiducia nel rapporto umano anche quando si tratta di commercio. avevo girato altre concessionarie dello stesso e di altri marchi che dovrebbero adeguarsi a questo standar. Unfortunately, due to (me) the impossibility of scrapping the old car, the purchase was not possible. In this period we have always felt with the utmost willingness several times to seek solutions, also responding to my specific requests. È la seconda volta che con questa auto non riesco ad avere assistenza, sono passato in fiat e con 2 giorni mi hanno risolto il problema. Tra poco cambierò questa auto ma li non ci metterò più piede I bought a new car from them and when I needed assistance for a defect of that model the workshop wanted to leave me on foot for 18 days, the courtesy car that is generally given to customers would have cost more than 400 EUR. It is the second time that I cannot get assistance with this car, I went to fiat and with 2 days they solved the problem. I will soon change this car but I will not set foot there again

A mai più rivederci, a meno che se riscontrassi danni al motore in quel caso prometto che ci rivedremo nelle giuste sedi giudiziarie Buona giornata
