Questa ultima gestione a Perugia sembra meritarne un paio in più, per la cortesia e la disponibilità che abbiamo apprezzato in occasione del tagliando della Kaptur e di una piccola riparazione in garanzia. Renault, for the past management, deserves only two stars. This latest management in Perugia seems to deserve a couple more, for the courtesy and helpfulness we appreciated on the occasion of the Kaptur service and a small warranty repair.

Mia moglie ha comperato una captur nuova , dopo un anno a circa 18000 km l’auto richiede il primo tagliando ho chiesto quali interventi venivano fatti , mi è stato detto cambio olio e filtri , mi sembrava strano perché l’olio motore viene sempre sostituito a 30000 km. Infatti al ritiro dell’auto dopo tagliando ci è stata presentata una fattura da pagare di € 81 dove non è stato fatto praticamente nulla … nessun cambio olio niente di niente ! In fattura c’era scritto forfait di € 81 . Ma dico vi sembra normale ? 81 euro per non fare praticamente NULLA ! Good evening. My wife bought a new captur, after a year at about 18000 km the car requires the first service I asked what interventions were done, I was told to change the oil and filters, it seemed strange to me because the engine oil is always replaced at 30000 km. In fact, when the car was picked up after being serviced, we were presented with an invoice to pay for € 81 where practically nothing was done ... no oil change, nothing! On the invoice there was a flat rate of € 81. But I say it seems normal to you? 81 euros to do practically NOTHING!
