★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non posso dire nulla sull'esecuzione di un lavoro o i materiali, ma qua si scrivono le esperienze avute con una determinata ditta e la mia é questa, la riassumo senza usare personalismi.
Giorni 20 giugno invio tramite il loro sito una richiesta per un preventivo relativo a 4 zanzarie, il sistema non mi dà riscontro dell'avvenuto invio della richiesta,molte volte questi siti generano un email automatica la quale informa che la richiesta é in gestione;
La mattina del 24 giugno, vengo contattato al mio numero di cellulare da una signora la quale mi riferisce di chiamare per questa azienda, le rispondo subito che non volevo farle perdere tempo in quanto avevo già scelto da chi comprare le zanzariere;la signora mi risponde che "non é serio" e mi attacca il telefono in faccia senza salutare. Richiamo, penso che magari é caduta la linea, ma la chiamata viene rifiutata. Ripeto questi sono i fatti e non esprimo giudizi.

On the morning of June 24th, I am contacted on my cell phone number by a lady who tells me to call for this company, I immediately reply that I didn't want to waste her time because I had already chosen from whom to buy mosquito nets, the lady answers me that he is "not serious" and attacks my phone without saying goodbye.
