★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese solo per avere un preventivo indicativo (senza sopralluogo, giusto un'idea di spesa) per 2 finestre.. E dopo solleciti ancora niente, solo scuse improbabili..non ho parole.
Andate altrove, qui ti fanno solo perdere del gran tempo e basta.
A month just to get an indicative estimate (without inspection, just an idea of expense) for 2 windows .. And after solicit still nothing, only unlikely excuses .. I have no words.
Go elsewhere, here they just make you waste a lot of time and that's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una telefonata, ci hanno chiesto di andare in negozio con le misure delle finestre (volevamo installare le zanzariere).
Abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di mandare le misure via email, per avere anche solo un vago preventivo.
Dopo aver mandato la mail (15/04), e dopo anche un sollecito telefonico in data 22/04, ad oggi (06/05) non c'è stata nessuna comunicazione da parte della ditta. Noi, sinceramente, ci abbiamo rinunciato.
After a phone call, they asked us to go to the shop with the window measurements (we wanted to install mosquito nets).
We asked for the possibility of sending the measurements via email, to have even just a vague estimate.
After having sent the email (15/04), and also after a telephone reminder on 22/04, to date (06/05) there has been no communication from the company. We honestly gave up on it.
