Per un disguido su un mancato pagamento ci hanno lasciato a metà Gennaio per quattro giorni con la caldaia guasta, senza acqua calda ne’ riscaldamento, con due bambini in casa. Non hanno un servizio di emergenza nel weekend. Sconsigliatissimo.
 Terrible customer service. Total absence of collaboration. For a mistake about a non-payment, they left us in mid-January for four days with the boiler out of order, without hot water or heating, with two children at home. They don't have a weekend emergency service. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una partenza non perfetta, è arrivato come tecnico dell'azienda Marco. In pochissimi minuti ha risolto il problema, che non era da poco, e fatto ripartire la caldaia perfettamente. Grande Marco. Un saluto alla responsabile, Romina, che deve "sopportare" tutte le situazioni dei clienti.

Non li chiamerò mai più e nel dubbio smonto i condizionatori Mitzubishi e li butto visto che hanno 5 anni e a detta loro sono vecchi, seguiro' il prezioso consiglio della gentile segretaria, molto disponibile e attenta. Costo senza risolvere il problema € 220. Da pazzi.

Per non parlare delle tariffe "invernali" per il controllo caldaia, quasi doppie rispetto a Torino.
Thermostat telephone quote: 50/60 euros. Actual price upon installation: 110 euros.
Not to mention the "winter" tariffs for boiler control, which are almost double compared to Turin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipende chi arriva, ultimamente sono andati via molti dei tecnici e sono diventati poco trasparenti e molto cari.
L'anno scorso per un fermo caldaia un sovrapprezzo del doppio per l'urgenza (comunque 3 giorni di attesa) e stranamente un pezzo da cambiare assolutamente e un tecnico mai visto. Alla fine non è stato molto felice di lasciarmi il pezzo cambiato . Sconsiglio fortemente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risolvono assolutamente il problema. Fanno pagare un pezzo di ricambio asserendo che il problema sia quello e che quando vanno via non hanno risolto nulla. Intanto tu paghi pezzo chiamata e manodopera. Ho pagato tanti euro senza risolvere nulla. Negativo.
Non lo consiglio.
