★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arredo ed il restauro sono fantastici, dotata di 1 bagno ed un bagno di servizio e ben 2 condizionatori. Pratica per la vicinanza al parcheggio, ai ristoranti alla spiaggia di Sant'Elia. Nonostante si trovi vicino ad una piazza è insonorizzata ed ha tutte le comodità necessarie, complimenti.
 The furniture and the restoration are fantastic, equipped with 1 bathroom and a service bathroom and 2 air conditioners. Practical for its proximity to the parking lot, the restaurants to the Sant'Elia beach. Despite being close to a square it is soundproofed and has all the necessary amenities, congratulations.

La casa molto accogliente, le camere pulitissime, arredate con gusto
e dotate di ogni comfort.
La spiaggia è molto vicina, ha una posizione molto comoda.
Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
Ci tornerò sicuramente, mi sono trovata benissimo

The beach is very close, it has a very convenient location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aux portes de Palerme, l'authentique port de pêche de Santa Flavia offre un cadre paisible et agréable. L'appartement de Michele et Doriana, est très bien placé, avec vue sur la place et sur la mer. Une terrasse absolument prodigieuse permet de profiter de celle-ci. Très propre et bien équipé, sa décoration locale est intéressante. Michele est très précis dans ses conseils et l'accueil est efficace. Je recommande vivement.
At the gates of Palermo, the authentic fishing port of Santa Flavia offers a peaceful and pleasant setting. Michele and Doriana's apartment is very well placed, with a view of the square and the sea. An absolutely wonderful terrace allows you to enjoy it. Very clean and well equipped, its local decoration is interesting. Michele is very precise in his advice and the reception is efficient. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porticello ist ein Ort am Meer, von wo man aus mit dem Auto die Insel rund um Palermo erkunden kann. Die Wohnung im Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet inkl. Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. 2 Schlafzimmer u. 1 innenliegendes Zimmer mit Stockbett. Küche und Bad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Unschlagbar ist natürlich die Dachterrasse wo man herrlich beim Sonnenaufgang frühstücken kann inkl. Außentoilette u. Waschmaschine.
Porticello is a seaside town from where you can drive to explore the island surrounding Palermo. The apartment in the house is clean and nicely furnished including air conditioning in the rooms. 2 bedrooms and 1 interior room with bunk beds. Kitchen and Bathroom. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Of course, you can't beat the roof terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast at sunrise, including an outside toilet and washing machine.

Mais, je déconseille vivement.
La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous.
Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité.
En plus, l'hôte n'arrange rien.
Nous devions y passer 2 nuits. Au final nous avons préféré raccourcir notre séjour et loger ailleurs même si cela nous a coûté de l'argent.
Accommodation well located in front of the sea.
But, I strongly advise against it.
Cleanliness is not up to par.
The photos do not reflect reality.
In addition, the host does not help anything.
We were supposed to stay there for 2 nights. In the end we preferred to shorten our stay and stay elsewhere even if it cost us money.
