★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stort hus, men få soverom. Huset bærer preg av å være av eldre dato, men utekjøkkenet er helt fantastisk. Plasseringen ved havet er helt klart hovedargumentet for å leie huset. Casteldaccia var også litt liten med få servicetilbud.
Trekket i stjerner er utelukkende for eldre hus, som jeg mener burde hatt høyere standard i forhold til pris. Vi var stort sett på det flotte uteområdet, på stranden og i utekjøkkenet, så jeg har justert fra 3 til 4 stjerner.
 Large house but few bedrooms. The house bears the mark of being of older date, but the outdoor kitchen is amazing. The location by the sea is clearly the main argument for renting the house. Casteldaccia was also a bit small with few service offerings.
The draw in stars is exclusively for older houses, which I think should have a higher standard in terms of price. We were mostly on the beautiful outdoor area, on the beach and in the outdoor kitchen, so I adjusted from 3 to 4 stars.

Wonderful. Perfect for large families. Well equipped. A poem the hot shower just came out of the sea from the 7 am swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati la scorsa estate a villa Silvia e siamo stati benissimo. La villa è molto grande e accogliente con accesso diretto al mare e piscina in cui i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo. La cucina, che non può che definirsi enorme, permette di cucinare in allegria con amici senza che si crei confusione. All'esterno c'è molto spazio per sdraiarsi in tranquillità a prendere il sole e rilassarsi oppure leggere all'ombra dei limoni. il tocco finale è dato dal forno per cucinare le pizze!
We stayed last summer at Villa Silvia and had great time. The villa is very large and welcoming with direct access to the sea and swimming pool where the kids had a blast. The kitchen, which can only be defined as massive, allows you to have fun cooking with friends without creating confusion. Outside there is plenty of space to lie down in peace to sunbathe and relax or read in the shade of lemon trees. The final touch is given by the oven to cook the pizzas!
