Persone gentili e nobili d'animo che hanno avuto cura di lei nei minimi dettagli. Grazie!!!! I sincerely thank the ambulance staff who brought my mother home from the hospital this afternoon. Kind and noble people who have taken care of her down to the smallest detail. Thanks!!!!
G	Giovanna Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato alla clinica dove mio padre doveva fare una TAC per chiedere un consiglio su qulae ambulanza selezionare. Mi hanno consigliato questa servizio. Ho telefonato e ho preso un'appuntamneto per stamattina. Non solo l'ambulanza e' arrivate con piu' di un ora di ritardo ma da 160 Euro stabiliti al telefono hanno richiesto 250 Euro. A questo punto non mi serviro' piu di questa ambulanza. Chiamero' anche la clinica per raccontare la mia esperienza. I phoned the clinic where my father had a CT scan to ask for advice on which ambulance to select. They recommended this service to me. I called and made an appointment for this morning. Not only did the ambulance arrive more than an hour late, but for the 160 Euros set over the phone they required 250 Euros. At this point, I won't be using this ambulance anymore. I will also call the clinic to share my experience.

Con la loro gentilezza e professionalità e il tempo rapido per arrivare hanno salvato mia madre che stava male. Vivamente ringrazio Stella Labricciosa e Marco De Pascalis. Voto 10 I was lucky enough to meet two exceptional people for my mother's ambulance transport to the Fatebenefratelli hospital. Si presenta un ambulanziera, appena vede mia nonna fa "io questa nun la trasporto perché pesa troppo" no vabbé... 0 professionalità, 0 di tutto. Lo schifo vero... Lunedì vado in centrale a parlare con il responsabile. Fate schifo! The most total disgust, I call tonight, I explain that my grandmother weighs 90kg and must be transported with a spine for 2 flights of stairs. A	Alberta Fabbricotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non professionale. In tempo di covid ci hanno chiesto i guanti in lattice perché non li avevano. Hanno sbatacchiato la paziente con doppia frattura al femore su una barella. Andati a tutta velocità (senza alcun bisogno) in ospedale con scossoni inutili e dolorosi per la paziente. Come se non bastasse, arrivati all'ospedale ci hanno costretti noi parenti a tornare a casa per prendere un attrezzo chiamato ragno che avevano dimenticato da noi. Unprofessional staff. In covid time they asked us for latex gloves because they didn't have them. They slammed the patient with a double hip fracture on a stretcher. Gone at full speed (without any need) to the hospital with unnecessary and painful jolts for the patient. As if that were not enough, when we arrived at the hospital we relatives forced us to go home to take a tool called a spider that they had forgotten from us.
F	Francesca Lenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato la centrale per il trasporto di una paziente da un ospedale ad un altro, nessuno mi ha chiesto quando fosse stato fatto l'ultimo tampone, quando sono venuti non mi hanno effettuato il trasporto perché erano passate 50 ore e non 48 dal tampone, però hanno voluto lo stesso ben 180 euro. Mi hanno anche proposto di trattare il caso come Covid ma a questo punto volevano 300 euro, solo per infilarsi la tuta bianca. Tra l'altro la paziente aveva già fatto entrambe le dosi del vaccino.. .
