R	Romy guido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo nel 2021 e ancora con questi non è possibile parlare sia telefonicamente che tramite Mail. il N telefonico di jesi puoi farlo squillare 3 anni niente, poi vai li personalmente e l'operatrice ti dice che risponde sempre eliminate anche il n vede tanto è inutile gira e rigira non risolvi niente se provi a scrive mail ti chiedono mille dati compresi il codice del mittente..cosa ne so' RIDICOLI nemmeno amazon ha un numero diretto per parlare con loro vergognosi propio!! Aggiorno la recensione per un altro pacco 26/01/2022 da SDA 4 persone in casa e loro alle 08:00 scrivono assenza destinatario ho anche le telecamere ,...storia vecchia non si presentano propio !! vergognosi fermateli!! Chiamo Amazon, era un loro pacco e mi dicono che anche loro non sanno come mettersi in contatto con loro, è attendere altro tentativo, provo a chiamare alla sede di Jesi ma è inutile non rispondono. Il pacco era importante, rinnovo che sono siete vergognosi Shamefully, I was at home and they declare that they made an attempt and left postcard to contact them, but the postcard is obviously not there since they have not passed. d	dario Ciuffreda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi son dovuto fare 70 km per colpa loro. chiedevo lo svincolo tramite il numero verde e non veniva il postino. Il tracking si aggiornava ma del postino nessuna traccia. "una falla nel sistema, ad alcuni ci fa" questa è stata la giustificazione dell'addetta al corriere. Inutile chiamarli poichè loro non possono rispondere per delle direttive dai vertici aziendali (mi è stato detto cosi' dall'addetta del centro di spedizione), quindi è impossibile parlare con un'operatore. non ho esitato a fare reclamo perchè è inaccettabile che per un loro disguido ci debba sempre rimettere l'utente. E	Ester Menniti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È più di otto giorni che il pacco è presso di loro , dopo vari solleciti dichiarano di essere passati due volte , noi lavoriamo in casa e per di più con lo studio di fianco al citofono ma nessuno è passato . Le difficoltà possono essere comprensibili in questo periodo le bugie invece sono vergognose . The package has been with them for more than eight days, after several reminders they declare that they have passed twice, we work at home and moreover with the studio next to the intercom but no one has passed. Difficulties can be understandable in this period but lies are shameful.
