Non trovandomi a casa mi ha subito chiamato e indicato che avrebbe lasciato il pacco (proveniente dagli Stati Uniti) nella sede a me più vicina. In segreteria l'ho ritirato senza alcun problema e ho trovato il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Very professional courier. I picked it up from the office without any problem and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful.

Due viaggi al centro di smistamento per protestare, risolvere (per fortuna) e poi ritirare (il terrore di un secondo affidamento a corriere rin... ehm poco affidabile). Orribile esperienza. Spero che nessun altro venditore affidi ad sda un mio pacco. Parcel delivered to who knows with a lot of signature that it had nothing to do with me. Naturalmente dal tracciamento risulta CONSEGNATO...peccato non ci sia nessuna firma sulla lettera Nessuno risponde al telefono ,SDA è incontattabile Mail di risposta automatiche, al telefono trovi una voce elettronica che ti chiede di scandire numeri che non è in grado di recepire... Insomma peggio di cosi non credo si possa fare. I can only follow all the others ... "lost" package so to speak ... D	Diego Mauri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che sia il peggior corriere esistente. Fingono le consegne e mantengono la spedizione in deposito (magari nella speranza di accapparrarsela ....). Passati 3 giorni a tentare di contattarli telefonicamente senza che nessuno abbia mai risposto al telefono che squillava libero. Credo che anche altre sorprese siano in agguato

Nel link di tracciamento scrivono "destinatario non disponibile per chiusura settimanale", ero in casa, un'abitazione privata! Non sono nemmeno passati e prendono in giro! Impossibile contattare n. verde o sede di Como per info sulla spedizione. Poi riprogrammano la consegna. Una truffa ben strutturata, che fa perdere solo tempo. NON SCEGLIETE MAI QUESTO CORRIERE, POTETE SOLO AVERE PROBLEMI! Bad service, look to other couriers, can only be better.
