Ho conosciuto anche Marta dell amministrazione, anche lei ha una gentilezza che di questi tempi è raro trovare, molto competente ed esperta, ho avuto la macchina in pronta consegna in tempi brevissimi , ringrazio tutto lo staff e consiglio vivamente di andare da Bruno Auto sono sicura che troverete l auto che fà per voi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina preparatissima ad ogni necessità; team di grande professionalità. Estrema gentilezza anche da parte del personale in reception. Sia la mia BMW ,che la Citroen di mia moglie , hanno sempre ricevuto una assistenza top , nonostante i costi siano più contenuti di tantissime altre officine.
Lo consiglio a tutti!
Workshop well prepared for every need; highly professional team. Extreme kindness also from the reception staff. Both my BMW and my wife's Citroen have always received top assistance, despite the costs being lower than many other workshops.
I recommend it to everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solito fare recensioni negative in quanto tendo a farmi gli affari miei, ma devo davvero avvisare di evitare persone così poco professionali come in questo concessionario, In cui l'unica cosa che conta è fare numero, e sono dell' idea che per avere i soldi e i risparmi delle persone bisognerebbe essere meno cinici e attaccati ai soldi, tutto questo perchè presi a mio tempo un appuntamento per vedere una macchina che molto probabilmente avrei preso in quanto non ci dormivo più la notte, mi diedero appuntamento per poterla provare ma presentato lì non c'era più la macchina... Buttato via tempo e denaro!
I don't usually give negative reviews as I tend to mind my own business, but I really have to warn you to avoid people as unprofessional as in this dealership, where the only thing that matters is to make numbers, and I am of the idea that to have people's money and savings should be less cynical and attached to money, all this because I made an appointment in my time to see a car that I would most likely have taken as I no longer slept in it at night, they gave me an appointment to try it but presented there was no more car there ... Wasted time and money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale all' apparenza simpatico ma si sono rivelati presto scorretti e senza rispetto, consiglio di affidarvi a persone più rispettose e professionali. Ci hanno dato un appuntamento per visionare e provare un auto x poi bloccarla subito e il giorno dell' appuntamento dopo che abbiamo chiesto dei permessi al lavoro ci viene detto che è stata venduta. A voi le conclusioni. Ah ... la loro scusante è che non abbiamo dato la caparra prima di visionare l'auto, cosa mai sentite!!!
Apparently nice staff but they soon proved to be incorrect and without respect, I recommend that you rely on more respectful and professional people. They gave us an appointment to view and test a car x then block it immediately and on the day of the appointment after we asked for permits to work we are told that it has been sold. The conclusions are up to you. Ah ... their excuse is that we did not give the deposit before viewing the car, what do you ever hear !!!

Nonostante non sia la Renault più vicina a casa, ho trovato in tutto lo staff delle persone preparate, gentilissime e soprattutto molto professionali.
La mia scelta è ricaduta su Renault Twingo Electric, grazie ai consigli del venditore Davide, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda e dubbio!
Grazie ancora per questa fantastica esperienza, tornerò sicuramente per la manutenzione della mia Twingo! ?
For my first car I chose to rely on Bruno Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata Renault Clio qualche mese fa, mi sono trovato benissimo! Specialmente con Fausto che mi ha seguito in tutte le fasi dell'acquisto. La macchina va da Dio (corna facendo) e il loro servizio è stato impeccabile (sempre ultra disponibili e gentili, nel limite del loro possibile ovviamente). Addirittura tornando in sede per ritirare i documenti dell'estensione di garanzia mi hanno fatto firmare il modulo per entrare nella lista di attesa per montare il meccanismo che fa chiudere i retrovisori (che era di base sul modello ma col covid i materiali scarseggiano e non era stato poi montato). Che dire, c'è da fidarsi, e di questi tempi non è poco. Approvati
Purchased Renault Clio a few months ago, I had a great time! Especially with Fausto who followed me in all phases of the purchase. The car goes to God (horns doing) and their service was impeccable (always ultra helpful and kind, as far as possible of course). Even returning to the office to collect the warranty extension documents, they made me sign the form to enter the waiting list to mount the mechanism that closes the mirrors (which was basic on the model but with the covid the materials are scarce and it was not was then mounted). What can I say, it is to be trusted, and these days it is not a little. Approved
