★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficienti. Sono in negozio e il corriere non si è degnato nemmeno di bussare alla porta o chiamare, come fa sempre il suo collega.
Morale: consegna non effettuata per destinatario assente. Peccato che abbia prelevato apposta 1300 euro per pagare il corriere!!!
Ed è impossibile contattare la filiale di Ferrara. Roba da matti.
 Inefficient. I'm in the shop and the courier didn't even deign to knock on the door or call, as his colleague always does.
Moral: delivery not made for absent recipient. Too bad he purposely collected 1300 euros to pay the courier !!!
And it is impossible to contact the Ferrara branch. Crazy stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco spedito a Ferrara a indirizzo corretto non viene recapitato per "Mancata consegna per dati incompleti." cosa impossibile ovviamente in quanto l'indirizzo è stato inserito perfettamente. Pare che questa prassi sia la norma in questa zona. Qualcuno si farà mai carico di questa problematica?
Parcel sent to Ferrara at the correct address is not delivered due to "Failure to deliver due to incomplete data." which is obviously impossible as the address has been entered perfectly. It seems that this practice is the norm in this area. Will anyone ever take charge of this problem?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere non consegna, ma tira dritto senza nemmeno fermarsi al portone e dichiara un tentativo con mancata consegna dovuta a assenza del ricevente. Inammissibile dal momento che ero in giardino ad aspettarlo, provo più più volte a contattare il call Center ma non risponde nessuno. Chiamo il numero verde e mi dice di inserire il codice della avviso di mancata consegna che però non c'è perché non si è nemmeno fermato e quindi non ha lasciato carta alcuna. Sconsiglio vivamente.
Courier does not deliver, but goes straight without even stopping at the door and declares an attempt with non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient. Unacceptable since I was in the garden waiting for him, I try several times to contact the call center but no one answers. I call the toll-free number and it tells me to enter the code for the non-delivery notice which, however, is not there because it has not even stopped and therefore has not left any paper. I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere SDA sede interporto Bologna ,gestito da Poste Italiana. Servizio recapito spedizioni pessimo mi è capitato di contattare telefonicamente ma non risponde mai nessuno , nella tracciabilita del pacco per ben 3 volte in consegna mai consegnato addirittura un giorno risultava che avevano consegnato ma la consegna non è andata a buon fine perché il corriere ha dichiarato che a domicilio non c'era nessuno sono anche falsi perché dove dovevano consegnare era un bar tabacchi aperto dalle 6 alle 20 di sera . Non lo consiglio vi può capitare un sgradevole esperienza perché li al servizio clienti DSA c'erano altre persone come me che chiedevano informazioni suo pacchi che non arrivano .
Courier SDA Bologna interport office, managed by the Italian Post Office. Bad delivery service I happened to contact by phone but nobody ever answers, in the tracing of the package for 3 times in delivery never delivered even one day it appeared that they had delivered but the delivery was not successful because the courier declared that at home there was no one they are also fake because where they had to deliver was a tobacconist bar open from 6 to 20 in the evening. I do not recommend it, you may have an unpleasant experience because there were other people like me at DSA customer service who were asking for information about his packages that do not arrive.
