Sono addirittura arrivati a dire che non ero in casa e che avrebbero riprogrammato la consegna. Sono INCAPACI,INCOMPETENTI, soprattutto NON SONO IN GRADO DI RISOLVERE I PROBLEMI CHECAUSANO. SERVIZIO MENO DI ZERO LE AZINEDE NON DOVREBBERO PFARE PER QUESTI CORRIERI. Le stelle dovrebbero essere zero. Bad experience and unfortunately not the first. In December they were weeks late Deliveries. They even went so far as to say that I was not at home and that they would reschedule the delivery. They are incapable, incompetent, above all they are NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS CAUSING. LESS THAN ZERO SERVICE THE AZINEDE SHOULD NOT DO FOR THESE COURIERS. The stars should be zero.
G	Giovanni Barbieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono trovato bene. A causa di una serie di disguidi, la merce è andata presso il deposito di Ferrara e non presso il mio domicilio. Il giorno seguente mi sono recato al deposito, la receptionist in meno di 3 minuti ha risolto la questione ed ho caricato immediatamente la merce. In meno di 10 minuti dal momento in cui sono arrivato al momento in cui sono andato via avevo la merce nel bagagliaio. Oggettivamente non ho riscontrato problemi presso questo hub e sono stato soddisfatto. Personally I was fine. Due to a series of misunderstandings, the goods went to the warehouse in Ferrara and not to my home. The next day I went to the depot, the receptionist solved the matter in less than 3 minutes and I immediately loaded the goods. In less than 10 minutes from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had the goods in the trunk. Objectively I have not encountered any problems at this hub and I was satisfied.

C	Carroe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More lies and lies and no shows from this mob of incompetents. Supposed to be here on Tuesday 19 Jan, then Wed 20th and finally deliver on Thursday 21 Jan 2021. Another parcel promised for today between 14:25 and 16:25 and the driver is back in his depot sending out lies at 15:52, 33 minutes prior to the end of the expected delivery. I try to telephone, as on numerous prior occasions, am kept on hold for over 6 mins and then told that no one is available before the automated call is pulled. More wasted time. They then change their delivery details to next Monday. I've been waiting all afternoon, what if I had to take a day off work to wait for them ??? They really are the worst and should not be in the delivery business. As a customer we have no choice. If we did BRT would be at the bottom of the pile (together with 3 other firms I could mention) all heaped together as useless lying b.......... BRT have improved enormously. There is the occasional driver who doesn't feel inclined to find us but the usual young man is perfetto. Useless lying drivers. They advise delivery, I stay in all day, driver can't be bothered delivering and log that we were absent. We were not. BRT drivers are liars. 1 star because it is the lowest possible.
C	Caroline Roe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deliveries in last few months. Always the same nice young, polite and efficient driver who knows his way, finally. Recent delivery of two boxes totalling 30 kg arrived from England in less than a week. Well done.
