β β β β β The worst logistic company I've ever known and used. Bad service. The delivery boy ask you to go and get the package where he is. Many unreasonable excuses. I will never use them again.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience with SDA. In april 2021 I waited for an urgent docs for the Embassy from USA that arrived to Italy in a week and for the next 10 days I was getting messages on my phone that courier was delivering my parcel but address does not exist. I contacted my american counterpart, they checked with their post office, everything was correct, my italian address, name. I twice went to Poste Italiane to figure out where my parcel could be. After my second visit, one top manager somehow found my parcel tracking number in their database and said that it is SDA that was supposed to deliver it. I went to SDA office and right on time! My parcel was about to be sent back to USA that same day! They said that the courier delivered a parcel but there was noone home.It was not true as for 10 days I was sitting home waiting for that important parcel but SDA courier did not come even once. They did not make a second try to deliver but continued to send me messages that my address did not exist. An operator gave me my parcel. I was lucky to catch it last minute before they sent it back to America. VERY POOR SERVICE!
