La Sigra allo sportello dello skipass....simpatica,sorridente ed esaustiva ad ogni domanda. Il maestro Martin, professionale serio e sicuro di sé,trasmette tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per iniziare una bella esperienza sugli scii e riportare a casa un progetto di autostima. Sul sito riportano delle informazioni non veritiere solo per truffare le persone che pensano di interfacciarsi con una società seria. Comportamento non etico e non professionale. Vanno inoltre contro tutte le normative nazionali e comunitarie. Assolutamente da evitare. The school has no cancellation policy. On the site they report untruthful information just to scam people who think they are interfacing with a serious company. Unethical and unprofessional behavior. A	A F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non discuto l'operato dei vari maestri di sci, che conosco e sono bravi, ma non puoi fare oltre 400km, prenotare l'albergo x tutta la settimana e arrivare nel loro ufficio e sentirti dire:"Mi spiace ma, da mezzogiorno, non c'è più posto nei corsi per bambini"! Ma perché non c'è l'avevate detto al telefono quando avevamo chiamato 3 giorni prima di partire (vi avevamo contattato per info situazione COVID)?!? Avremmo prenotato come per l'albergo e, invece, siamo stati costretti a migrare in un altro posto per sciare, con l'albergo a 50m dalla funivia Catinaccio! Fortunatamente abbiamo risolto ma, se fosse stato per vo,i dovevamo girare la macchina con bambini e bagagli e rifare altri 400km per tornare a casa... GRAZIE!! G	G S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta sullo snowboard per 3 persone e grazie ai preziosi consigli e alla pazienza del super maestro Maurizio siamo passati in due ore di lezione da non saper allacciare gli attacchi a fare qualche curva. Esperienza molto positiva e ambiente professionale. Molto consigliato anche il campo scuola come area per fare le prime esperienze sulla tavola in totale sicurezza. First time on the snowboard for 3 people and thanks to the precious advice and patience of the super teacher Maurizio we passed in two hours of lessons from not knowing how to fasten the bindings to make a few turns. Very positive experience and professional environment. The school field is also highly recommended as an area to make the first experiences on the table in total safety.

La maestra Miriam mi è sembrata brava e accogliente. Ns figlia ha fatto 2 lezioni poi un pomeriggio si è fatta male a un braccio fuori dal contesto del corso (refertata dal medico ortopedico). Ho chiesto alla segretaria - una ragazzotta boriosa - se si potesse avere un rimborso per le lezioni non fatte. Niente da fare. Hanno per tanto percepito dei soldi per un servizio (il resto del corso) non erogato. Comportamento non etico e non professionale. In contrasto palese con Direttiva 2006/123/CE. Informatevi bene dunque prima su regole rimborso. We enrolled our daughter for a group course (6 days for 1.5h after that from 10 to 12.30h) in December 2021. The teacher Miriam seemed good and welcoming to me. Our daughter had 2 lessons then one afternoon she hurt her arm out of the context of the course (reported by the orthopedic doctor). I asked the secretary - a boastful girl - if they could get a refund for the lessons not taken. No way. They therefore received money for a service (the rest of the course) that was not provided. Non ci sono corsi collettivi per snowboard per livelli intermedi o avanzati bensì solo per principianti. Se , come capitato a noi , per telefono vi danno informazioni diverse non credeteci e non fate iscrizione. A fronte di una prestazione non ricevuta ci hanno comunque trattenuto la maggior parte della quota già versata! Totalmente non corretti. Vacanza rovinata a causa di questo disservizio.
