Sono molto soddisfatta della lezione fatta con Martina: precisa, paziente e molto attenta nel proporre esercizi adeguati per una super principiante come me. Sicuramente ci tornerò. Given that it was the second time I had taken cross-country skiing lessons, the staff on the phone were courteous in giving the information they needed. I am very satisfied with the lesson with Martina: precise, patient and very careful in proposing exercises suitable for a super beginner like me. I will definitely stay there again.

Poi la bellezza del posto e la cordialità della gente hanno fatto di Sappada un luogo del cuore per me. Il paesino è piccolo, si sviluppa per lo più in lunghezza ed è ben organizzato sia per i mezzi di trasporto che per le attività ricettive e ricreative. Ci sono supermercati, chiese e tutto è accessibile pur essendo il luogo a vocazione turistica. Ora passiamo alla scuola. Facile da trovare al centro del paese. Il front office è accogliente e il personale molto disponibile. Finite le pratiche burocratiche si passa alla pratica. Per iniziare ci sono i campetti dove i maestri fanno lezioni per gruppi o individuali. Il nome "campetti", tradisce in realtà la spaziosità di queste piste baciate dal sole e abbracciate dalle montagne, dove funzionano le risalite con lo skilift. I maestri sono molto disponibili e fanno della pazienza e della cura dei loro allievi grandi e piccini, il loro principio fondamentale. Il tempo trascorso insieme vola ed ogni volta ci si ritrova più sicuri e motivati. Ecco penso che il valore aggiunto di sciare qui sono le emozioni che vivi e che ti porti nel cuore per sempre. I met Sappada by chance, coming to visit a relative in a nearby village many years ago. Then the beauty of the place and the friendliness of the people made Sappada a place of the heart for me. The village is small, develops mostly in length and is well organized both for means of transport and for accommodation and recreational activities. There are supermarkets, churches and everything is accessible despite being the place with a tourist vocation. Now let's move on to school. Easy to find in the town center. The front office is welcoming and the staff very helpful. Once the paperwork is finished, we move on to practice. To start there are the pitches where the instructors give lessons for groups or individuals. The name "campetti" actually betrays the spaciousness of these slopes kissed by the sun and embraced by the mountains, where the ski lifts work. The teachers are very helpful and make patience and care for their pupils, young and old, their fundamental principle. The time spent together flies and each time we find ourselves more confident and motivated. Here I think that the added value of skiing here are the emotions you experience and that you carry in your heart forever.
