Prenoto una lezione per due bimbi con largo anticipo, per il 19-20 febbraio, purtroppo domenica 13 causa positività al covid annullo la lezione di una dei due bimbi, 7 giorni prima in accordo con le politiche di cancellazione, la scuola mi risponde che la lezione verrà recuperata o totalmente rimborsata. La lezione viene comunque seuita da uno dei due alunni nel we del 19. successivamente, con mia enorme sorpresa, alla richiesta formale di rimborso, corredata di tampone positivo, mi viene risposto che le politiche della scuola non lo prevedono. Invio in allegato scambio di mail con la scuola che comprova la scarsissima professionalità. Questi comportamenti continuano a mettere in cattiva luce un territorio che non si merita questo genere di operatori turistici. Unarmed hand robbery! I am sending an exchange of e-mails with the school that proves very little professionalism. These behaviors continue to put a bad light on a territory that does not deserve this kind of tour operator.

Giunti ad Aremogna abbiamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo una lezione per nostra figlia che avrebbe dovuto fare sulle piste blu con persone adulte, così ci è stato detto, ma si è ritrovata con bambini piccoli perché non c’era altra possibilità. Morale della favola ha perso due ore non imparando niente. Siamo ritornati per avere spiegazioni e per chiedere eventuale integrazione di pagamento per avere una lezione individuale e pretendevano altri 50 euro oltre a quelli dati in precedenza. Neanche per scherzo! Scuola disorganizzata e persone poco disponibili a rimediare inconvenienti causati da loro stessi! Bad experience! Ho fatto una lezione privata in due, e sebbene una di noi fosse molto principiante il maestro ci ha portato subito in pista e questo ci ha fatto molto piacere. V	Vittorio T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: prenotato con pagamento anticipato il giorno prima dal loro sito una collettiva e non è stato possibile in nessun modo spostare al giorno dopo perché loro erano presenti e gli impianti erano aperti, ma nella realtà nevicava con raffiche di vento ed è stato difficile arrivare con l'auto (bisognava fermarsi molto prima) e la giornata non era per niente adatta per una bambina di 7anni alla sua prima lezione. Forse saranno anche bravi istruttori, ma non sono per niente flessibili....morale della favola: se proprio volete andare da loro, non prenotate prima. Pessimi. In only 3 days she was able to take the ski lift and do the slop all on her own without falling neither once. I was impressed. Claudia was her instructor and she was the best teacher my girlfriend could hope to have. We will definitely be back next year.
