★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo un anno di allenamento in un'arte marziale con più di 1000 anni di storia che non può che affascinare. Il wushu o più comunemente chiamato kong fu è un'arte che contempla un'intensa preparazione atletica a corpo libero, combattimento a mani nude light contact, strategie di combattimento contro più avversari, forme con armi bianche e proiezioni. Tutto ciò viene proposto in progressione con le abilità che si acquisiscono con costanza ed allenamento e monitorate da un maestro con esperienza trentennale. È uno sport adatto ad entrambi i sessi e per tutte le età.
I am writing this review after a year of training in a martial art with over 1000 years of history that can only fascinate. The wushu or more commonly called kong fu is an art that contemplates an intense free-body athletic preparation, light contact bare-light combat, combat strategies against several opponents, forms with white weapons and projections. All this comes in progression with the skills that are acquired through perseverance and training and monitored by a teacher with thirty years experience. It is a sport suitable for both sexes and for all ages.
