★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una palestra "alternativa".. per sole donne. Un percorso di mezz'ora con esercizi che si alternano e permettono di fare lavorare tutto il corpo. Si e' seguiti sempre , le ragazze simpatiche e motivanti. L'ambiente e' pulito e gli spazi adeguati. Ho fatto abbonamento annuale, posso andarci anche tutti i giorni (escluso la domenica perché chiuso). E' comoda l'app per prenotare l'allenamento fino ai 4 giorni successivi, con possibilità di disdire fino a 10 minuti prima. Il prezzo lo trovo adeguato , nella media. Lo consiglio, soprattutto perché non ha molto tempo.
It's an "alternative" gym ... for women only. A half-hour course with exercises that alternate and allow you to work the whole body. It is always followed, nice and motivating girls. The environment is clean and the spaces adequate. I have an annual pass, I can also go there every day (excluding Sundays because it is closed). The app is convenient for booking training up to the next 4 days, with the possibility of canceling up to 10 minutes before. I find the price adequate, average. I recommend it, especially since it doesn't have much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra tutta al femminile con un circuito facile, veloce e dall'effetto garantito. Va bene anche per una come me che non ama molto andare in palestra. Si suda in compagnia di altre donne, seguite da giovani personal trainer simpatiche e professionali.
An all-female gym with an easy, fast and guaranteed effect circuit. It's also good for someone like me who doesn't really like going to the gym. You sweat in the company of other women, followed by friendly and professional young personal trainers.
