Sorta sul finire dell'Ottocento per iniziativa del parroco don Tomaso Tomasoni ha potuto usufruire di questa area anche per l'allargamento della proprietà avvenuta nella prima metà del secolo, con lo spostamento a Sud del sedime del fossato antico e delle demolite mura medievali operata a partire dal 1817. Grandi opere di adeguamento sono state effettuate sia negli anni "70 del Novecento (Parroco Mons. Carnazzi) Che negli anni "90 (Parroco Don Selogni).
