★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo approfondite ricerche sugli artigiani di Ortisei, ho deciso di commissionare, alla ditta Ferdinand Stufflesser 1875, la realizzazione a mano di alcune sculture in legno (San Benedetto, Madonna con il bambino, Crocifisso e Via Crucis ). Ho avuto modo di apprezzare la professionalità e la disponibilità di Filip, Robert, degli scultori e di tutto lo staff. Sono più che soddisfatto del risultato. Non potevo fare scelta migliore .Consigliatissimo!
 After extensive research on the artisans of Ortisei, I decided to commission, to the firm Ferdinand Stufflesser 1875, the handmade realization of some wooden sculptures (San Benedetto, Madonna with the child, Crocifisso and Via Crucis). I was able to appreciate the professionalism and availability of Filip, Robert, the sculptors and all the staff. I am more than satisfied with the result. I could not have made a better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa, ho commissionato una statuina di 20 cm un pó particolare: "Il CIECO NATO". Prettamente natalizia, da Presepe. Un unico pezzo, dove un bambino sorregge il proprio nonnetto, cieco dalla nascita. Me ne parlava la mia mamma, ed era un ricordo di quando lei era piccola. È stata sempre affascinata da questa statuina. Purtroppo col passare degli anni gli restava solo un bellissimo ricordo.
Allora ho pensato di fargli rivivere quei momenti regalandole la mitica Statuina.
Così mi sono rivolto alla Ditta di Ferdinand Stuflesser.
Loro hanno accolto da subito questa idea.
Abbiamo collaborato per personalizzarla e renderla più vicino a come se la ricordava la mia mamma.
Grazie a Martin e tutto il suo Staff siamo riusciti a realizzarla.
Il risultato?
Signori miei, la statuina è incantevole, curata in tutti i suoi dettagli, lineamenti del viso, le mani, mettendo in evidenza gli indumenti dell'epoca e i loro colori. Stile Arabo.
Veramente affascinante, espressiva, con i colori dati in modo armonioso. Una vera chicca. Mia madre nel vederla si è letteralmente commossa.
Martin e lo Staff sono stati di una gentilezza unica, hanno avuto tanta pazienza con me. Disponibilissimi, sempre presenti, con tanta tanta EDUCAZIONE.
Veri professionisti, il Legno è veramente la loro ARTE.
Ferdinand, Martin e tutto lo Staff sono dei veri MARZIANI.

A few months ago, I commissioned a little special 20 cm figurine: "The BLIND BORN". Purely Christmas, from Nativity. A single piece, where a child supports his grandfather, blind from birth. My mom used to tell me about it, and it was a memory from when she was little. She has always been fascinated by this figurine. Unfortunately, as the years went by, only a beautiful memory remained.
So I thought I'd make him relive those moments by giving her the legendary figurine.
So I turned to Ferdinand Stuflesser's firm.
They immediately accepted this idea.
We collaborated to personalize it and make it closer to how my mom remembered it.
Thanks to Martin and all his staff we were able to make it happen.
The result?
Gentlemen, the figurine is enchanting, cared for in all its details, facial features, hands, highlighting the clothes of the time and their colors. Arabic style.
Truly fascinating, expressive, with harmoniously given colors. A real treat. My mother was literally moved to see her.
Martin and the staff were of a unique kindness, they had a lot of patience with me. Extremely available, always present, with a lot of EDUCATION.
True professionals, Wood is truly their ART.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il laboratorio "Ferdinand Stuflesser" ha realizzato (gennaio 2019) per la Parrocchia di Nole (TO) una bellissima statua processionale lignea policroma del patrono San Vincenzo Martire. La progettazione iconografica e ogni passaggio delle lavorazioni sono stati condotti insieme con la committenza. Ci siamo confrontati con degli artisti appassionati del loro lavoro e sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Nel loro modo di lavorare non esiste il concetto di industriale. Tutto è condotto secondo le regole dell'antico artigianato tipico di Ortisei. Un'opera così pregevole rimarrà nei secoli come testimonianza di come devozione e arte sacra possono camminare insieme.
The "Ferdinand Stuflesser" laboratory has created (January 2019) for the Parish of Nole (TO) a beautiful polychrome processional wooden statue of the patron Saint Vincenzo Martire. The iconographic design and every step of the work have been conducted together with the client. We met with artists who were passionate about their work and were always available for every request. The concept of industrial does not exist in their way of working. Everything is conducted according to the rules of the ancient handicraft typical of Ortisei. Such a valuable work will remain for centuries as a testimony of how devotion and sacred art can walk together.
