★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kaufen jedes Jahr etwas für unsere Krippe. Dieses Jahr habe ich etwas gekauft und zu Hause bemerkt das ich es doppelt habe .
Zum Glück habe ich es nicht ausgepackt. Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich es nicht zurücksenden brauche sondern beim nächsten Besuch umtauschen kann. Super kulant. ?????
We buy something for our crib every year. This year I bought something and noticed at home that I had twice.
Fortunately, I didn't unpack it. After a friendly phone call, I was told that I don't need to send it back but can exchange it on my next visit. Super accommodating. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pema hat eine sehr große Auswahl von verschiedensten Holzbearbeitungen. Ein Schwerpunkt ist sicherlich auf christlichen Elementen, es gibt aber auch andere spaßige Dinge.
Die Skulpturen sind alle von Hand designt, jedoch die kleineren nicht vollständig von Hand gefertigt (um die Kosten im Rahmen zu halten).
Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und man kann in Ruhe die eigene Auswahl zusammenstellen.
Pema has a very large selection of different woodworking. One focus is certainly on Christian elements, but there are other fun things as well.
The sculptures are all hand-crafted, but the smaller ones are not entirely hand-made (to keep costs under control).
The staff are very nice and you can put together your own selection in peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the painting is poor. The 160000 Our lady of Grace in colored finish is painted poorly. The serpent is painted gold and the base is painted with gold dots. Also the garment is poorly painted. The serpent should be painted green or brown.
