★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente! Io sono rimasta scioccata per come sono stata trattata oggi. Non hanno effettuato un cambio di scarpe che avevo provato in casa per al massimo un' oretta. Mi hanno detto che erano state usate ma senza riscontrare nulla sulla scarpa che facesse pensare a ciò.
E poi specialmente, visto il tipo di negozio e la qualità dei prodotti, mi aspetterei un' attenzione al cliente migliore. Peccato!
I strongly advise against! I was shocked at how I was treated today. They did not change shoes that I had tried at home for an hour or so. They told me they had been used but without finding anything on the shoe that suggested that.
And especially, given the type of shop and the quality of the products, I would expect better customer care. Sin!

Acquistata una giacca la cui taglia indicata in etichetta non corrispondeva a quella apposta sul capo. Richiesto reso e immediatamente si è proceduto al ritiro ed al riaccredito. Problemi ci possono sempre essere, ma nonostante tutto esperienza di acquisto positiva. Bravi.

Purchased a jacket whose size indicated on the label did not correspond to the one affixed to the garment. Requested return and immediately proceeded to the withdrawal and re-credit. Problems can always be there, but in spite of everything positive shopping experience. Well done.
