Buonissima anche la ricotta stagionata affumicata. Posto molto ben curato e rilassante... bello veder nascere simili realtà in un territorio ancora tutto da scoprire!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passati ieri di ritorno dal parco della Sila, volevamo mangiare uno yogurt o un gelato ma poi abbiamo visto che facevano dei taglieri di salumi e formaggi e ci siamo convinti a provare.... scelta da consigliare, abbondante e buonissimo!!!!
After yesterday returning from the Sila park, we wanted to eat a yogurt or an ice cream but then we saw that they were making cold cuts and cheeses and we convinced ourselves to try .... choice to recommend, plentiful and delicious !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda meravigliosa, prodotti tipici nel vero senso della parola, dai latticini buonissimi in cui traspaiono i sapori autentici, al gelato fantastico, per completare con lo yogurt tutto di loro produzione e la genuinità si sente fin dal primo assaggio. Accoglienza, gentilezza, prezzi contenuti, ampio parcheggio, posto molto caratteristico e ben tenuto in cui consumare i loro prodotti, fanno da cornice perfetta a tutto quanto. Nel complesso non solo la consiglio al 100% ma per quanto mi riguarda da oggi sono un nuovo cliente felice e super soddisfatto! Complimenti di cuore a tutto lo staff per l'ottimo esempio di imprenditoria seria e affidabile.
wonderful company, local produce in the true sense of the word, from the delicious dairy products in which shine through the authentic flavors, the fantastic ice cream, complete with yogurt all of their production and the genuine feel from the very first glimpse. Hospitality, kindness, reasonable prices, ample parking, a very characteristic and well-kept place in which to consume their products, are the perfect setting for everything. Overall, I don't just recommend it 100%, but as far as I'm concerned I am a new happy and super satisfied customer! Congratulations to all the staff for the excellent example of serious and reliable entrepreneurship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensisco con 5 stelle per i seguenti motivi:
1. Offerta alla clientela prodotta nell'Azienda Agricola Scrivano, quindi di loro produzione, decisamente eccellente e di altissima e prima qualità.
2. In data 5 Agosto 2021, giornata in cui ho effettuato la mia visita, ho avuto modo di degustare il loro gelato artigianale, ricavato dal loro latte e dai loro prodotti agricoli, così come anche il loro budino alla nocciola, ambedue veramente buoni!
3. Sempre nella suddetta data, ho avuto modo di notare come l'Azienda stia espandendo l'area verde utile alla degustazione, così come sta anche lavorando per produrre un area giochi per bambini, cose non da poco.
4. Ben segnalata e ben collegata a Camigliatello e Moccone, nonché anche ai musei del Parco Nazionale della Sila.
5. Azienda Agricola, a mio dire, unica nel suo genere e che, col tempo, può diventare punto di riferimento ed attrazione turistica fissa nella Sila ed in Calabria in generale.
6. Laboratorio a vista sito vicino al bancone dei latticini, yougurt, budini e gelati. Cosa veramente affascinante e che desta molto interesse.
Suggerimenti: ho provato il gelato artigianale bigusto (medio) alla ricotta ed al pistacchio, gusti veramente molto buoni! Tuttavia, sarebbe curioso abbinare alla ricotta qualcosa che la renda ancor più buona, come magari possano essere, ad esempio, delle gocce di cioccolato, quali magari si potrebbero anche aggiungere in un secondo momento a gusto del cliente.
Ad ogni modo, consiglio vivamente!
I rate with 5 stars for the following reasons:
1. Offer to customers produced in the Scrivano farm, therefore of their production, decidedly excellent and of the highest and first quality.
2. On August 5, 2021, the day I made my visit, I had the opportunity to taste their artisan ice cream, made from their milk and their agricultural products, as well as their hazelnut pudding, both really good!
3. Also on the aforementioned date, I was able to notice how the Company is expanding the green area useful for tasting, as well as working to produce a play area for children, which is no small feat.
4. Well signposted and well connected to Camigliatello and Moccone, as well as to the museums of the Sila National Park.
5. Farm, in my opinion, unique in its kind and which, over time, can become a reference point and fixed tourist attraction in Sila and in Calabria in general.
6. Open laboratory located near the counter for dairy products, yoghurt, puddings and ice cream. Truly fascinating thing and that arouses a lot of interest.
Suggestions: I tried the two flavor (medium) homemade ricotta and pistachio ice cream, tastes really very good! However, it would be curious to combine the ricotta with something that makes it even tastier, as maybe they could be, for example, some chocolate chips, which maybe you could also add at a later time to the customer's taste.
Either way, I highly recommend!

Area esterna per pic nic, parco giochi per bimbi e prodotti eccezionali di prima qualità.
Yogurt e gelati realizzati con latte degli animali dell’azienda , come anche i formaggi.
Lo yogurt naturale e quello al pistacchio sono super consigliati
Going to Sila means going to the Scrivano company.
Outdoor picnic area, playground for children and exceptional top quality products.
Yogurt and ice cream made with milk from the farm's animals, as well as cheeses.
Natural yogurt and pistachio yogurt are super recommended
