★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here thanks to local frineds of mine. This a very true ancient chees factory. In this factory you will find products as the farmer did them many time ago. I tried the "stracciatella" the "ricotta" and the "caciocavallo silano". It was many many years I don't feel these flavours... incredible.
I recommend it to visit it.
A negative note is the stable that can be cleaned better.
