★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato da poco a fare sala palestra e devo dire che mi trovo molto bene. Gli istruttori sono scrupolosi e competenti, seguendoti passo, passo nell'utilizzo dei macchinari e correggendo gli eventuali errori di postura, tutto racchiuso in un ambiente tranquillo ed amicale.
I have recently started working out in the gym and I must say that I am very happy. The instructors are scrupulous and competent, following you step by step in the use of the machinery and correcting any posture errors, all enclosed in a quiet and friendly environment.

A good gym with attached piss and with very active and capable staff. They are clients of all ages. It has good equipment for multiple activities.
