Non possibile trasmettere i numerosi profumi di alloro, pini, abeti, pioppi, fiori, ecc... portati da una brezza delicata con temperatura gradevole. Sullo sfondo le verdi montagne Umbre! Facciamo il punto sul Castello: la storia ci dice che già nel 1458 era edificato e le sue possenti mura cingevano la struttura. Il marmo posto all'ingresso ci racconta la sua storia ci sono stemmi ed incisioni..lo stemma araldico di sinistra ci dice che l'Abbazia di Santa Croce in Sassovivo fu sicuramente la prima proprietà del forte; l'altro emblema anch'esso particolare è da studiare.. nel suo insieme si nota: una scala....sulla sua cima a destra una testa d'aquila.... sulla sinistra una testa di leone, in basso sotto la scala ...una stella. Interessante veramente c'è da studiare.......se passate per Scopoli frrmatevi..... Particular and very interesting even if we found it closed ....
