★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In oltre 40 anni che giro tra officine e meccanici, non ho MAI incontrato persone così gentili, efficienti ma soprattutto molto competenti e oneste. Mai un ritardo, mai uno screzio, mai una 'fregatura', ti consigliano sempre il meglio, cosa conviene e cosa no. È sicuramente l'officina di riferimento per la nostra città e ciò lo conferma il fatto che è conosciuta anche fuori Livorno. Siete straordinari, ragazzi!
In over 40 years I have been traveling between workshops and mechanics, I have NEVER met such kind, efficient but above all very competent and honest people. Never a delay, never a disagreement, never a 'rip-off', they always recommend the best, what is convenient and what is not. It is certainly the reference workshop for our city and this is confirmed by the fact that it is also known outside Livorno. You are extraordinary, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzato per la revisione di un motociclo 50cc. Consegnato il motorino la sera e ritirato il giorno successivo con revisione fatta e qualche piccola sistemazione. Costo revisione 75 euro, cambio lampadina e fissaggio frecce 15 euro. Direi che ci si può stare, da provare per lavori più impegnativi
Used for overhauling a 50cc motorcycle. The scooter was delivered in the evening and collected the next day with overhaul done and some small arrangements. Overhaul cost 75 euros, bulb change and fixing arrows 15 euros. I would say that you can stay there, to try for more demanding jobs

Ho portato lo scooter per un problema all'avviamento, Stefano ha constatato essere solo un problema legato alla tensione della batteria bassa e l'ha ricaricata, senza nemmeno prendere nulla per il lavoro o quantomeno per il tempo dedicato.
Sono le accortezze che fanno la differenza e fidelizzano la clientela. Consiglio assolutamente e sicuramente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a Stefano in futuro.
Friendliness, availability and professionalism, but above all honesty! I brought the scooter for a starting problem, Stefano found that it was just a problem linked to the low battery voltage and he recharged it, without even taking anything for work or at least for the time dedicated.
It is the precautions that make the difference and build customer loyalty. I absolutely recommend and will definitely turn to Stefano again in the future.
