★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai tempi della scuola l'estate aveva tutto un altro sapore, e tra i sapori dell'estate c'era l'escursione allo scoglio più interessante della costa tirrenica immerso (meglio dire adagiato) a pochi metri dalla costa, su un fondale talmente trasparente che ne percepivi le forme a decine e decine di metri. Se la recensione poi la facessero i pesci che lo hanno eletto a dimora, credo che 500 stelle non basterebbero...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo isolotto facilmente raggiungibile a nuoto o in canoa o pedalò, il fondale attorno allo scoglio è stupendo perchè si possono ammirare strane tipologie di pesci, inoltre lo scoglio è un ottimo punto per poter ammirare la bellezza di Capo d'Orlando !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La natura ed il nostro mare offrono un piccolo scoglio facilmente raggiungibile anche a nuoto. Il fondale è abbastanza regolare e privo di grosse insidie. Bella e varia la varietà di pesci, da osservare per gli appassionati. Insomma, sempre con il dovuto rispetto per il mare, bello e possibile. Ma non sopravvalutare mai le proprie abilità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che vado che vado alla bellissima spiaggia di Capo D'Orlando mi faccio una nuotata fino allo Scoglio della Formica. Ci sono diversi scogli sommersi dove è possibile fare una pausa prima di arrivare. Il mare è pulitissimo e il fondale interessante.
