Purtroppo i proprietari non sono il massimo della cortesia. oggi ho aquistato 2 bottiglie e nella strada di ritorno verso casa il sacchetto che mi era stato dato si è aperto nel centro ed una delle bottiglie, cadendo, si è rotta. Mi sono recato al negozio, ma mi è stato semplicemente detto che le bottiglie erano uscite dal negozio integre e non potevano fare nulla. immaginavo che non avrei ricevuto una bottiglia nuova o i soldi indietro, ma quantomeno un minimo di trattamento più cortese. Consiglio della mia esperienza, portate con voi sempre sacchetti resistenti o chiedete i cartoni, non fidatevi dei sacchetti
I have been stocking up at this dealer for years. Wide choice and good prices. Unfortunately the owners are not the best of courtesy. today I bought 2 bottles and on the way back home the bag that was given to me opened in the center and one of the bottles, falling, broke. I went to the shop but was simply told that the bottles had come out of the shop intact and there was nothing they could do. I figured I wouldn't get a new bottle or my money back, but at least a little more courteous treatment. Advice from my experience, always carry resistant bags with you or ask for the cartons, do not trust the bags
