Il motivo delle mie 3 stelle è che in primis al momento dell'ordinazione, avevamo ordinato anche una porzione di patate ma non sono mai arrivate, 2 motivo è che le portate non sono arrivate tutte assieme e per finire, motivo principale, la cottura della carne richiesta era medio sangue ma è arrivata medio cotto (vedi foto). Troppa fame per rimandarla indietro. Torneremo sicuramente. Excellent dishes from Abruzzo, special the rintroceli al mutton, the service is good. The reason for my 3 stars is that first of all at the time of ordering, we also ordered a portion of potatoes but they never arrived, 2 reason is that the courses did not arrive all together and to finish, the main reason, the cooking of the requested meat was medium blood but arrived medium cooked (see photo). Too hungry to send her back. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo atteso un po’ per gli arrosticini, magari era sabato e questo ha influito. Gli arrosticini alla ventricina e di fegato sono piaciuti molto, quelli classici non troppo. Personalmente ho chiesto il panino vegetariano e non avevano l’hamburger veggie perché era finito, sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno fatto un panino con una pallottola cacio e uova a forma di hamburger fatto sul momento, buonissimo. La cheesecake purtroppo è bocciata, non aveva molto sapore. Nice place, the food is fresh and you can see the fresh meat through the glass in the hall. The appetizers are very good and particular, the pallotte were excellent. We waited a while for the kebabs, maybe it was Saturday and this had an impact. The ventricina and liver arrosticini are very popular, the classic ones not too much. Personally, I asked for the veggie sandwich and they didn't have the veggie burger because it was finished, they were very kind and made me a sandwich with cheese and eggs in the shape of a hamburger made on the spot, very good. The cheesecake unfortunately failed, it didn't have much flavor.

Per chi vuole assaggiare degli ottimi arrosticini spaziando tra il classico di pecora il tagliato a mano fino ad altri più particolari, questo è il posto giusto. Sono rimasto veramente colpito sulle carni crude e mia moglie ha apprezzato anche quel pizzico di mare con la selezione di panini. Veramente tutto ottimo e conto super onesto 66 euro Vi lascio per chi legge una carrellata di foto per farvi venire fame ? Congratulations guys I came to n this restaurant 5 years ago and I was already pleasantly surprised at the time, going back and being even more amazed than the first time is not for everyone. Tante tipologie di hamburger che penso sia il loro cavallo di battaglia, quasi impossibile mangiarlo senza sporcarti per la grandezza, sta da se tutto estremamente fresco. Il locale si presenta molto accogliente ed illuminato a dovere, cucina dove si effettua la preparazione delle carni è a vista dunque una visione completa su cosa andrai a mangiare nell'immediato. Unica nota dolente , ma forse visto il periodo , l'interno del locale non era sufficientemente riscaldato, ma è un dettaglio soggettivo e facilmente trascurabile Excellent meat with high-end products, kebabs with various sizes and types of selected and chosen meats.
