No mezza pensione... appartamento provvisto di cucina Very nice structure ... 15 minutes from Bolzano on the surrounding mountains surrounded by nature .. strategic position near the motorway easily accessible ..booked a week only apartment ... try the homemade jams ..... in 2017 it only provided breakfast service .... Posizione strategica vicino Bolzano con posto auto. Proprietari gentili. I go back with pleasure. The rooms are very cozy and clean, with small balconies overlooking the apple orchard. Strategic location near Bolzano with parking space. Friendly owners.

Eine saubere Wohnung und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Rund um ein gelungene Urlaubswoch. Auch zu erwähnen die schönen Wanderwege die gleich vom Hof los gehen und man eigentlich kein Auto mehr braucht! Just spent a week in Schmalzerhof, beautiful apartment with the most necessary things to provide for yourself .. A clean apartment and very friendly reception. Around a successful holiday. Also to mention the beautiful hiking trails go straight from the farm and you really no need a car!

Viele spielgelegenheiten die mit benutzt werden dürfen. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nice welcome and a great location. To platí i pre vzduch, ktorý v tomto kraji nemá chybu a človek si tu vždy oddýchne a vyčistí hlavu. The Kreiter family is great. They are nice people, cordial and always smiling. Beautiful rooms, the Kreiter family is super nice and always helpful. The farm is beautiful and well-kept. The location is very quiet with a great view of Bolzano. We felt very comfortable from start to finish.
f	falk haubold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerne wieder ! Wir waren in den Pfingstferien das 2.Mal auf dem Schmalzerhof in Perdonig zu Gast und es hatte sich einiges verändert. Familie Kreiter hat mit viel Fleiß und Herzblut den Lockdown genutzt . Uns erwartete eine nagelneue, mit Liebe ins Detail eingerichtete FeWo Schlern im Haupthaus. Auch ein neuer Pool war zur Freude der Kinder entstanden. Der Hof liegt oberhalb der Großgemeinde Eppan, daher ist eine Anreise mit eigenem PKW schon von Vorteil. Wanderungen können vom Hof gestartet werden, man ist aber auch relativ schnell mit dem Auto am Kalterer See, in Bozen oder dem Vinschgau. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit und haben uns bei Kreiters sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihre herzliche und bodenständige Art macht sie zu angenehmen Gastgebern. Es wird gerne auf eventuelle Wünsche, Tourplanungen aber auch Bedürfnisse der Gästekinder eingegangen. Unsere durften z.Bsp. mit Hofhund Rocky und Frau Kreiter ihre Berührungsängste vor Hunden abbauen. Brötchenbestellung und der kleine Service an eigenen Produkten wie Marmelade aber auch Wein und Bier haben wir sehr angenehm empfunden. Tischtennisplatte ,Schaukeln für die Kinder und eine kleine Liegewiese runden das Angebot für die ganze Familie ab. Unsere Familie hatte eine schöne Zeit und freut sich schon, ein nächstes Mal den Ausblick auf die Südtiroler Berge genießen zu können. Für Fam. Kreiter die besten Wünsche bis zum Wiedersehen. Gladly again ! We were guests at the Schmalzerhof in Perdonig for the second time during the Whitsun holidays and a lot had changed. The Kreiter family used the lockdown with a lot of hard work and passion. A brand new apartment in the main building, furnished with attention to detail, awaited us. A new pool was also created to the delight of the children. The farm is located above the large municipality of Appiano, so arriving by car is an advantage. Hikes can be started from the farm, but it is also relatively quick by car to get to Lake Kaltern, Bolzano or the Vinschgau. We had a relaxing time and felt very comfortable at the Kreiters. Their warm and down-to-earth manner makes them pleasant hosts. We are happy to cater to any wishes, tour planning and the needs of the guest children. Our were for example with farm dog Rocky and Mrs. Kreiter reduce their fear of contact with dogs. We found ordering bread rolls and the small service of our own products such as jam but also wine and beer very pleasant. Table tennis, swings for the children and a small lawn complete the offer for the whole family. Our family had a great time and is looking forward to enjoying the view of the South Tyrolean mountains next time. Best wishes for the Kreiter family until we see you again.

Consigliatissimo! We stopped here a few days for the Christmas markets, we had a great time, the apartment was very nice and the owners were very kind. Highly recommended!
