S	SILVANA DE MARCELLIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dire se la crema di nocciole sia buona o no perché, dopo aver telefonato all'azienda agricola per chiedere se potevamo passare per comprare dei prodotti e dopo che ci è stata data conferma, siamo stati aggrediti verbalmente da una signora che ci ha trattato in malo modo dicendo che eravamo dei maleducati a presentarci in 8 senza una prenotazione, che non aveva tempo da dedicarci, che non aveva prodotti da venderci e che non le importava il fatto che in ogni caso potessimo farle brutta o bella pubblicità perché lei vende in tutto il mondo e non ha bisogno dei nostri acquisti. Ha aggiunto che solo gli italiani possono comportarsi così perché i gruppi stranieri si organizzano meglio e ci ha cacciato dal laboratorio dicendo che lei ha da lavorare per una produzione che le renderà molto più dei nostri acquisti. I can't say if the hazelnut cream is good or not because, after phoning the farm to ask if we could go to buy some products and after having been given confirmation, we were verbally attacked by a lady who treated us badly saying that we were rude to introduce ourselves in 8 without a reservation, that she had no time to dedicate herself, that she had no products to sell us and that she didn't care that in any case we could make her ugly or good publicity because she sells in around the world and has no need of our purchases. He added that only Italians can do this because foreign groups organize themselves better and kicked us out of the laboratory saying that she has to work for a production that will make her much more than our purchases.

Lo sfizio suprema secondo me è una fetta di torta alle nocciole con sopra uno strato di crema alle nocciole. These hazelnuts have a completely different taste! Gianduia cream is so good (60% hazelnuts, other than sugar as the main ingredient). The supreme whim in my opinion is a slice of hazelnut cake with a layer of hazelnut cream on top.

Abbiamo assaggiato le loro squisite nocciole e i loro deliziosi prodotti e abbiamo visitato il laboratorio, dove ci sono stati mostrati i processi di produzione della pasta di nocciole e delle creme. Abbiamo percepito un amore e una passione unici, una cura e un'attenzione per i dettagli che si ritrovano nell'eccellenza e nella genuinità dei loro prodotti. Attenzione: la crema gianduia crea dipendenza e dopo averla assaggiata non potrete più farne a meno. Wonderful experience! After making an appointment, we visited the company with our three children and were greeted with extreme kindness by the owner, very nice and friendly, and by her assistant, who proved to be very professional and available to answer our questions. We tasted their exquisite hazelnuts and their delicious products and visited the laboratory, where we were shown the production processes of hazelnut paste and creams. We perceived a unique love and passion, a care and attention to detail that can be found in the excellence and genuineness of their products. Warning: gianduia cream is addictive and after tasting it you won't be able to do without it.

It was exciting to see how our favourite paste is produced and how much love and effort goes into the product. The tasting session was amazing! Some wine, interesting recipe ideas with their products- and all this for free!
