m	marco maggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in un complesso dove ci sono 4 impianti installati a fine 2013, operativi al minimo fine 2014 con piena funzionalità a metà 2015. Impianti di shindler, sempre gestiti da shindler con lo scopo di avere una efficiente manutenzione. Impianti spesso rumorosi ma c'è di peggio: due anni fa di ferma un ascensore. Causa del fermo rottura cinghie. Settembre 2021 si ferma un altro ascensore. Motivo del fermo? Rottura cinghie!!!! Risultato ascensore fermo da 4 giorni. Il ripristino comporta: nuove cinghie, pulegge e antiscarrucolamento . La spesa indecente ma, visto le spese già sostenute, ci scontano l importo... e neanche di poco pur restando elevato. Inizio a nutrire forti dubbi sia sulla costruzione dell impianto sia sulla corretta manutenzione anche perché la durata di queste cinghie dovrebbe essere almeno 10 anni. Ora mi aspetto che la società faccia rientrare l intervento in garanzia e se fosse non mancherò di scriverlo riconoscendo la serietà della stessa. September 2021 another lift stops. Reason for the detention? Broken belts !!!! Result of the lift stopped for 4 days. The restoration involves: new belts, pulleys and anti-wiggle. The indecent expense but, given the expenses already incurred, they discount the amount ... and not even a little while remaining high. I am beginning to have strong doubts both on the construction of the plant and on the correct maintenance also because the duration of these belts should be at least 10 years. Now I expect the company to return the intervention under warranty and if it is, I will not fail to write it acknowledging the seriousness of the same.

S	Salvatore Cannata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati come condominio alla sede di Catania per la costruzione di una piattaforma Elevatrice, tutto pagato in anticipo:il ritardo nella progettazione é stato incredibile, circa due anni, dovuto non solo al fermo causa covid, appena tre mesi, ma all'errore di progettazione e poi alla lentezza nell'esecuzione dell'opera. Avrebbero dovuto consegnare a fine dicembre 2020 ed ancora oggi aspettiamo il collaudo. Il condominio di fronte al nostro si sono affidati ad una piccola ditta locale, a parità di prezzo opera progettata e realizzata in due mesi. MAI PIÙ SCHINDLER, diffidate da questo grosse aziende. Questa volta ci hanno lasciati senza ascensore per 5 giorni (palazzo di sette piani e con molti anziani bloccati in casa da 5 giorni), servizio assistenza inesistente. Mi hanno risposto una volta, promettendo di darmi aggiornamenti che non sono mai arrivati e hanno smesso di rispondere alle mie telefonate. VERGOGNA. Bad experience. This time they left us without a lift for 5 days (seven-story building with many elderly people stuck in the house for 5 days), assistance service non-existent. They answered me once, promising to give me updates that never came and stopped answering my phone calls. SHAME.

L’ascensore era senza illuminazione, il tasto EMERGENZA non funzionava, ci siamo “salvate “ grazie al mio cellulare, comunque 40 minuti al freddo e al buio, sequestrate. The elevator was without lighting, the EMERGENCY button did not work, we "saved" ourselves thanks to my mobile phone, in any case 40 minutes in the cold and in the dark, seized.
